Supex Products

Extremely poor sales and product experience – Mid May 21 I purchased a pole carrier manufactured my Supex Products from Campsmart online. Postage was $34.95, cost of pole carrier was $94.95. Significant ratio for cost of postage versus cost of product. Also a risk as could not test the product for quality before purchase. Upon trying to install the carrier I discovered all the bolts and nuts supplied were defective and merely stripped the threads when the bolts were tightened sufficiently to hold the carrier on the chassis. I could not leave the job half done so had to go to Bunnings and immediately buy replacement high strength bolts and nuts. Supex have offered the cost of bolt replacement ($8.40) when I asked for a refund of the $94.95. What a muck around! Extremely poor experience, cannot recommend Supex at all and wonder how they treat their broader clients who buy all their other products online and have an issue. They claim they have met their obligations as required by the law!
