Surewise

not sure not wise – paying this firm for mm 10 years. Was Mbf, then Brecknock, now sure wise. Well they send an Abrupt letter asking for a car insurance payment. I wrote back saying hey relax don't be aggressive etc. They then resign as ins. broker. So I find out they sent an invoice 100 days ago but it did not reach me. So I mention this and they still leave me in the lurch. No business waits 100 days to chase a debt. But they did. Poor Management as usual in many firms. Nothing wrong with COURTESY. IS THERE?
