The claims team were helpful and efficient at every stage in the warranty claim. Most warranty insurances don't seem worth the paper they're written on but this one is great- covers exactly what's set out in the contract. Excellent in every respect!

I recently had to make a claim against my AWN Mechanical Breakdown Insurance on my 6 year old Jaguar F-Type.
They initially came back with approval within two days after some discussions with my mechanic.
Undertaking the agreed repairs led to the discovery of a larger problem, which again was approved for repairs within a reasonable time frame.
Happy with the service and happy that I purchased the insurance.

Staff of this company are awesome. thoughtful and thorough through the entire process. Claim was resolved within a few hours with 10/10 customer service. Policy was worth buying for the peace of mind. Policy was also very easy and straight forward to set up. Have been with this insurance company for over 1 year and no complaints!
