I FEEL THE POLICY WAS GOOD AND CHEAPER THAN THE ONE I HAD. THIS IS THE FIRST YEAR WITH SENIORS. WILL SEE WHO THINGS PAN OUT WHEN RENEWAL IS DUE NEXT YEAR.

Easy set up process
We received our renewal for House and Contents as well as Car insurance this month from our current insurer and decided it was time to shop around for a better deal. As soon as we checked out Australian Seniors online we were happy with the price and value for money. The customer service over the phone was very good even in these difficult times as she had to work from home due to the coronavirus. All in all very satisfied.

Well I'm now 65 years old & have been, for years with another insurance company which I have stayed faithful with.

Good for Seniors, better than most
This is my second year with Seniors Insurance. I have been most thankful for the clarity of explaining the policy and processing same. So far the set up has been fluid and easy. Hopefully I will never have an accident and need to test Seniors for resolving a claim!

Job very well done by Melissa - she listened. Only frustration has been that agreed value range much too low. Real market cost of these vehicles out of kilter with agreed value range. Would be worth having a look at this matter.

I Can see lovely review and I'm interested to get my comprehensive insurance from Australian Seniors , but I have two questions :
1-when you are asking about annual kilometer ,I'm using my car less than 10000Kms a year ,but when I purchased the car its odometer was showing 52000 kilometers so if you divide 50000 by 4 (car is for 2015) it would be 13000 kms per year ,I don't know what should I put ?(divide odometer number by year or my estimation ? maybe last seller was using a lot but not the new owner !!)
2-when you are asking when did you get your license ,I got my license 20 years ago but in Australia I got my license 5 years ago which one should I write (if its for Australia can you correct your form then there shouldn't be any confusion.
