didn't finish the process for another 20 minutes so that emailed quote was a waste. Last year this process caught me unawares and I ended up with a product which was not what I had thought I was agreeing-to, a quote which I had rejected 2 days earlier. It was only when I received and checked my Visa Statement weeks later that I found I had paid hundreds more that I had expected. So this year I did all the steps in one session, doing screen shots of every step, making sure that I was agreeing to the conditions that I wanted (ie Agreed Value of what I considered fair, and pay-as-you-drive). This year I checked that the payment amount was correct. I do agree it is now good value, it wasn't easy to set up because it didn't seem to want to default to the pay-as-you drive option after choosing that option. I have only been with Australian Seniors for 1 year.

The online portal was quick & easy to navigate even for us seniors. The quote was provided immediately & it was a very competitive rate. If you have been paying high premiums to the big insurers for years it’s time you tried seniors Insurance. Show details ·  1

conditions, and they all seem pretty straightforward. While a cheaper premium helps with the current cost of living, the true value of insurance is if/when you have to make a claim. Only then will it become clear if the product is worth what you pay for. I hope to never have to find out!

I found the service incredible. Representatives called me often to follow up. I had something going on in my life and was unable to attend to the purchase. I was a couple of hundred over what I had estimated that I was up for another thousand dollars plus my excess of 600 dollars which totaled 1600.00 I know we should have read the whole policy paperwork which we felt was not necessary just went on what we were told very very dissapointed pensioner

Cancelled my auto-renew which I honestly don't agree with and find sneaky. One week before it renewed. Seems OK. It's insurance so what else can I say. It's money we pay for financial security of our stuff, whether we get anything in return is up to fate. So far I am very happy with Seniors Car Insurance. The price was excellent and the online process simple to use. While I have had comprehensive car insurance with Australian Seniors for 5 years I always check other providers at renewal time only to find their quote as competitive or better. The consultant was friendly and professional down the phone and helped with a car quote - as my insurance renewal had increased nearly $300. - without claim (Cost of inflation was the excuse given by the other company).
