I rang to get a quote for comprehensive insurance for 2 vehicles. The VW Tiguan is an R line which doesn’t appear in their system and can’t be added as a package. When I read the difference between the base model and the R line they told me they couldn’t insure the vehicle. Considering how many VW vehicles come in the R line it’s hard to believe they could be in the insurance business at all. Absolutely lousy experience. Show details

I sat with my beautiful dad and helped him with the process a week ago. Al we had to do os call back with the odometer reading and credit card today. English is his second language. I received and email to pay my excess for a car claim with banner of Australian Seniors Car Insurance. Unfortunately they outsource to Hollard Insurance. The email I received has incorrect information - to pay via BSB account information but does not state name of account. The bank then says its THE HOLLARD INSURANCE COMPANY PTY LTD. type the information in account name as there are too many characters so it's impossible to pay. Yet the email says pay now. Inefficient and slightly bullying. Hollard need to get their act together.

one individual was very helpful, there where 2 others who i felt do not know how insurance works nor should they be employeed by this company. I was wary of discussing things further with those 2 individuals. Insurance is a regulated industry, and YOU MUST know what you are providing to a client. I would hate to know who purchased a policy and not fully understand it, staff should be able to fully reply with an appropriate answer, we know it's general advice, but when someone asks a question to answer it in the correct manner or clarify with your superiors. NEVER GUESS!

Excellent web site easy to navigate and complete my car cover. Having to read the full 54 pages of terms was very onerous, therefore a lot wasn’t read but I had to agree before I could complete my application. This needs to be addressed and made simpler. Show details ·  1
