Warranty claim was quick and easy. Diagnosis sent to Integrity who contacted me within 24h to discuss the claim, and less than 24h later advised it was approved. Wonderful to have a company who uses actual people rather than AI and chat bots to talk to. 4 stars only as warranty limits could be higher and more proportional to the average costs of repairs, but as a company, very easy and friendly to deal with. Show details ·  1

needed replacing. However, I was covered for the water pump (see image) that was leaking coolant. Integrity were actually decent people to interact with. First rejection was disappointing, but that was clear under the policy. For the water pump, Integrity approved the mobile mechanic I used, and let me know what evidence my mechanic needed to send to them. Claim was approved in about 1 business day. Integrity paid $1000 towards the repairs, and I paid the balance. So although the policy is very limited, I can't fault their customer service. Just be careful to read the fine print of the warranty - for example, it says the car needs to be serviced every 6 months (?) despite the regular service intervals being 12 months. They also expect you to send a record of every service to them.

They do not bother to communicate with the mechanic at all and warranty is capped at $1000 which basically doesn’t pay for any major mechanical repairs not even 50% of mine just a few days after purchase they’re an absolute disgrace it’s lunch time… Read more

another vehicle (an Audi SQ5) from an interstate dealer.

Unfortunately, my experience with Integrity has been extremely disappointing.

When the Audi SQ5 arrived, it had immediate mechanical issues (milky oil and oil in coolant), despite the dealer advertising that their vehicles undergo a 100-point comprehensive check. I also had written confirmation from the dealer stating the warranty covered “everything except tyres, batteries, light globes, scratches and servicing.” However, when I submitted a claim, Integrity declined it.

Integrity’s preferred mechanic quoted around $3,000 for work they said was not covered by the warranty, the workshop didn’t give me confidence that it was equipped for the level of repair needed. I paid for an independent assessment myself (around $1,000) with a European specialist mechanic and received a detailed quote of roughly $6,000. This was also declined by Integrity on the basis that the items were “not covered under their policy.”

The SQ5 ultimately wasn’t fit for purpose, and I had no choice but to trade it in at a significant financial loss.

Around the same time, my A45 AMG began developing unusual gearbox noises. After joining a Facebook group dedicated to sharing customer experiences with Integrity warranty claims, I became concerned and chose to sell the A45 as well to avoid potential further financial loss.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Integrity car warranty. Both vehicles ended up costing me far more than expected. From what I’ve been through, I would not choose this warranty again even though they ended up refunding $750 for the Audi SQ5 and failed to refund the warranty on the Mercedes A45 AMG.

a pre owned and 10yo car.

Aircon broke just outside the dealers 3 months warranty. Am glad got the insurance. Called the hotline and service staff wasn’t too friendly. Gave us a mechanic within 20km but not a good one. Replaced the compressor (insurance only paid for a 2nd hand one and labour). Paid for re-gas $220 and less than 48hours, aircon stopped working again. Went down to mechanic and he mentioned condenser broke. Again a bad feeling! Looks like the insurer does not vet their mechanic. Apparently this one is not honest. Leave us wondering if the compressor was really broken!!!

We called after the Xmas break and got a friendlier service staff. She gave me 3 mechanics though 25km away. After some reviews research, we went for one. Felt better this time with this one at Clayton south. Still in progress as issue not fixed yet. But repair for my radiator (cheapest!!! From insurer) was approved within a week. Reasonable insurer but would think they need to really do routine checks on their mechanic as some of them are just ripping us off and wasting the car owners time.

 Follow-up  · Still 3 star as not totally satisfied! It’s been 3 weeks. Have to pay for the aircon pipe which is over $1,000. Not sure how the previous mechanic managed to top up gas with broken pipe. Had to replace pipe to top up gas with dye to track where leak is! Insurance said this is not covered.  Follow-up  · Had a call with dispute dept. Keeping it at 3 as she’s very patient so could fill her with what happened from last Dec. It’s Mar now. Now waiting for update of outcome on the aircon pipe. Hopefully a positive one.

had no knowledge of VW and didn't know how to do it , quoted 2500k for the timing belt that had to be replaced when doing water pump and of course Intergrity don't cover the timing belt, staff straight on to finding a way to get out paying for anything, I started to think they are a circus , beware, they are [Content Removed] and [Content Removed]

a high premium. In my case is was full bumper to bumper warranty, 3 years full cover for just over $4k. I decided to sell the vehicle rather than deal with these muppets. Integrity...anything but !!! They should change their name to Vermin.

 Follow-up  · Tried contacting them, still no response or returned call. Sold the vehicle as the warranty isn't worth the paper its written on. This outfit is an outright scam, so much so that they even have a FB page dedicated to them from disgruntled purchasers of this cr#p outfit.

My BMW required turbocharger replacement after the workshop confirmed excessive play beyond manufacturer specifications causing drivetrain faults, yet the claim was still rejected as “wear and tear.” Their entire argument was… Read more

basically that components wear over time — by that logic almost any mechanical failure can be denied eventually.

No manufacturer service interval, lifespan, or actual evidence was provided to support their assumptions, yet they still chose to reject the claim. It genuinely felt like the process was focused on finding reasons not to pay rather than fairly assessing a legitimate mechanical failure.

Be extremely careful before purchasing this warranty and read every exclusion clause thoroughly. In my experience, they showed little genuine intention of supporting major claims when it mattered.

process to claim, simply rang Endurance and they quickly approved the inspection process to proceed. The mechanic filled out the quote and dealt directly with Endurance on your behalf so all went very smoothly taking the stress out of the process.

have an assessment done of the fault and have the repairer submit an itemized quote for repairs. This was done and submitted, and my claim was approved a few days later, all be it, some of the quote was not covered as it was explained to me that subsequent damage to other parts from failure of the original are not covered. This is stated in the warranty. The quote was approved for the replacement of new compressor and all the labor including the original invoice I received from the mechanic for the quote to Integrity. So, all in all, considering the cost of Porsche parts I was very satisfied with the service from Integrity. Cheers Rene

BMW discovered a water leak on my coolant pump and so called I Integrity. The lady I spoke to was super friendly and confirmed it should be covered. She sent me a link to provide the required paperwork, which I submitted on a Thursday. By the following Wednesday that car was repaired.
