Very Poor Service – As with most Suunto watches they have a very unique usb charger and when you purchase a new watch directly from Suunto and the charger cord doesn’t work and it takes over a month to get a replacement cable, it time off the warranty and you can’t use a brand new watch you just purchased. The support team need better training as they put the blame… Read more

on another department that you can’t contact. I am a collector and have numerous Suunto watches, but not any more, my next watch was going to be the vertical solar watch, biggest investment in sports watches, but not with my other watches, my advice, DONT BUY SUUNTO.

Problems with suunto core – I had a suunto core and the centre button failed to operate. The watch was returned to the location where it was purchased and forwarded to Aust agent in Melb? I was told that the watch could not be repaired in Aust and was offered a replacement at a reduced price. The new watch recently had the same problem and on researching the net found a fix… Read more

I even contacted Suunto global head office on a… Read more

number occasions to get assistance with a replacement band but I never heard from them. That is disappointing, because they will be losing future sales just because the customer service is so poor. I guess I'll have to change to another brand.

Warranty service non-existent – I bought a Suunto watch and returned it under warranty as the alti-baro sensor was doing strange things. Weeks passed, voicemails were left and phones left unanswered - I was left without a watch. I ended up upgrading to a new watch model, rather than have to wait indefinitely not knowing whether anyone would return calls, or whether I would… Read more

ever get my watch back.

Customer service is non-existent and for some reason you have to deal with them for Suunto warranty.
