Under-rated great little car – I am a motoring enthusiast, but I'm not a snob. This is my daily drive and I love it. Great fuel economy. Easy to drive. Bullet-proof reliability. Had mine for 5 years and have only changed the fluids. Compared to most things on the road these days, this is a simple car that is surprisingly well built. Typical Japanese quality (okay, it is made in… Read more

Hungary, but still Japanese designed). I know that Toyota and Honda are renown for their reliability, but they are both increasingly making their cars too complex and lowering quality standards. Whereas Suzuki keep it nice and simple --- less to go wrong, but yet everything that is needed. It might not be perfect, but it is perfect for my needs. Yes, I still love my two classic Australian V8 muscle cars and my 40-series Cruiser for the weekend, but for trips around the city, my Vitara is the car I take out. You aren't going to win any drag races, but for a cheap and reliable car, this thing is terrific.

Suzuki Vitara 1.6 auto – Suzuki Vitara 2019 RTS auto had the SUV since new Cabin is surprisingly roomy for a compact SUV I'm 6.1 long legs and the way the ergonomics is set up seat positioning of the steering makes entry/exit easy far better than the Rav4 we have in the household interior fit and finish may be old compared to other compact SUVs in this segment but has all… Read more

the necessary features sure the info screen may be small but easy to navigate and the air con /heater control has dials and actual buttons Suzuki has applied the kiss formula (keep it simple stupid) .The powerplant is 1.6 na eng 85kw 150 nm paired to 6sp TC auto not a stupid CVT now on paper the eng power output seems underdone but you need to remember there's not much weight so acceleration is a lot better than you think very zippy feels like it will do 0 100 in the 10s On the hwy has enough omph to maintain 100 and overtaking not a prob it makes the most of the 6sp . Obviously if you had 4 adults and luggage it would struggle fuel economy average 6.4 mix of 50%city 50 hwy have got down to 5.5 on a trip. Summary a no nonsense no frills compact SUV 45000km never been back for warranty.Suzuki has proven Toyota like reliability.Sure I'm aware there are few Chinese SUVs for similar money that looks far better more tech bigger info screen digital dash etc Turbo eng and could go on but doubt it will be as road bust as the tried and proven Vitara

Perfect compact SUV – Truly underrated car, the quality is excellent, drive and handling is perfect much better than the CVT engine. The 1.6l Hungary made engine is smooth as butter, Best value for money in the segment. Design could have been Better but Vitara being a legacy brand it's understandable. Show details
