Incorrect Sizing Chart – Previously I held a positive opinion of this brand after making purchases from stores in Australia. However, my recent experience ordering directly from the company's website was regrettable. In my previous purchases, I comfortably wore a size 16 in their coats and barn shirts. Nevertheless, I took the precaution of consulting the online size charts for the items I intended to buy. According to these charts, the chest measurements for the items I selected should have been within the range of 102-106cm. To my disappointment, the shirts I received were significantly larger than indicated by the size chart, one measuring 126cm and one 120cm across the chest. When I reached out to the company, their response was, "In both cases, we do not believe that the garments are either faulty or incorrectly sized."

Furthermore, the beanie I ordered had an unpleasant mildew or musty odor that permeated the entire package.

Another issue I encountered was related to the currency. While the website displayed prices in AUD (Australian Dollars), I was charged in NZD (New Zealand Dollars), resulting in an additional international fee imposed by my bank.

When I requested a return label, Swanndri declined, suggesting that they are not interested in customer retention, it's unfortunate. In summary, I cannot recommend this brand based on my recent experience :(
