Watch has been sent for 'testig' for 2nd time in 6 months. Obvious defect refusing to provide replacement. Has incurred out of pocket postage twice and lost use of quite enjoyment. After sales service is disappointing. Asking me to check status on their portal. Show details

My mother's Swatch watch band broke, I purchased a replacement band from the company in the Netherlands. Arrived in Sydney 10 days later, and fitted band successfully using the tool that I also purchased (which is very much like a SIM extraction tool). I bought my swatch watch in April 2025 and had to get a refund by July 2025. I loved the watch as I had Swatch watches in my teens however the date and day continued to not work and not keep up. I was having to continually update the day and date weekly. Show details
Follow-up · The refund process was easy. I kept my receipt and told staff the issue. Without hesitation, I was offered a refund or replacement.
I bought 2 swatch watches not that long ago, about 6months I think the one I wear to work has gone rusty at the pin you pull out to alter the time, it's unwearable, I love the watch and no it has not been in water, or rained on.

All swatches cannot be repaired.sealed units – Just be aware it is meant to be a disposable watch so if it breaks you can't repair it and have to junk in the bin. What a waste. If you disagree with this don't buy swatch.
Easy to use website great variety – Excellent watches great service online easy to use . Can be difficult to reach support staff but you will get through eventually the newest watches are great lots of variety definitely something for all watch enthusiasts highly recommend for kids bright colours and styles to match even the fussiest person
Unable to repair watches – Watches can't be repaired other than battery replacement. Have one outside of warranty that didn't keep time. Battery replaced and still not right. Contact customer service to be told no repairs. Show details
Swatch shops do really look after their customers – Good to know, Swatch are doing a great job and looking after their customers even 20 years down the track ... replacing batteries for free ... demagnetization of your Swatch, if needed, and so on ... . Great watches backed up by a decent warranty – Purchased Swatch watch overseas from Swatch shop. On return home I discovered the glow bits (under direct light) didn't work at all. safe delivery of the watch and they will revert once tested. 2 day later, another email confirming that the glow paint was defective and will be covered by the warranty. They asked me to choose same or another watch (to the same value) from their website and they will send to me as a replacement. The new watch was delivered to my house the the next day by courier.
Service like that used to be the norm for many businesses. Its now considered exceptional, so well done Swatch!

New strap for new looking watch – So easy! Order straps online and do it yourself in few minutes you have a brand new looking watch to match your shirt/dress. My new straps arrived within few days, in a lovely red and cute pack, and I found it terribly easy to swap the old straps for the new ones. All you need is in the pack and Voila! Right on time – I bought a Swatch watch online at shop.swatch@swatchgroup.com.au I was impressed with their online communication , they responded to my questions and change of mind, watch I ordered arrived quickly, was in perfect condition and as described. Swiss watches with great functionality and looks, they are accurate and quality , reasonably priced.

perfect time, but they are incredibly durable.
But the best parts are still to come. Swatch stores themselves replace the battery when it runs flat. AND the customer service at all Swatch stores (in Melbourne at least) is just wonderful.
So treat yourself - look at the Swatch catalogue, and get a Men's or Women's Swatch to suit your clothes. I have many different ones, including some stunning formal wear ones.
