The key fob he sold me is faulty. You have to turn the key twice for it to work. There is something wrong with immobiliser. With my other key fob I do not have this problem. I tried calling/texting/emailing him. He refused to answer.
Happy at first but then – Originally I was very happy with Franky ... however after 4 months the key stopped working. I've been trying to get him back for 3 weeks and he keeps ignoring my calls and emails. The only time I got hold of him, he told me to get a new battery. Which I did but of course that didn't do anything. Since this has happened to me, I've been googling his business and I can see there are others saying the same thing. Avoid, avoid, avoid ....
good service, good comms – I needed a Holden OEM-like key fob, programming with key cut, and another car just a key cut, and assembled into the replacement shell I bought. Franky was fast and came when he said. Good communication. Much appreciated. Many other locksmiths in the area did not bother!
