Exceptional Service and a High Quality Standard of Work – I have engaged the services of Insurancebuild on two separate occasions. The first instance, in July 2019, was to rectify damage to our home as a result of the building works being completed at the neighbouring property. This included the movement and cracking of a wall, internal tiles and external render. We had received a quote from the insurance broker of the builder at the neighbouring property, however they were unwilling to provide detail about what was and wasn’t included in the scope which left me feeling very nervous.

Doing our due diligence, we decided to get a second opinion from InsuranceBuild. Murray from InsuranceBuild was able to provide transparency around the scope of works, timings, trades, etc. We knew what to expect at every stage and there were no nasty surprises.

The second instance was to rectify some significant damage, both internally and externally, to our home as a result of the February 2020 storms. We were able to secure a payout via our insurance provider so that we could engage our own builder (Insurancebuild) to complete the works.

Unlike other project managers or foremen, Murray was involved throughout the entire process on both occasions. He assisted me with the claims process and was involved throughout the entire rectification process. Murray is highly experienced and kept me informed at every step of the way.

On both occasions the team from Insurancebuild took the utmost care in ensuring our home was protected from any further damage as a result of multiple tradespeople needing to work on our home. Having tradespeople working in your home can be daunting, however the team were respectful and left our property clean and tidy at the end of each day.

The workmanship of the team was thorough and of a very high standard. More importantly, they turned up when they said they would, saving us a great deal of pain.

Stress free rebuild – Murray and his team rebuilt our Bondi semi after a major fire. He was excellent, he often went over and above the contract and made suggestions that improved the outcome. We still call on him to recommend a tradie whenever we need one.

Reno perfectionism – Murray Jones' professionalism during the time he was the Project Manager/Builder for an Insurance Claim on a house that was unlivable due to its destruction from a fire was impressive. His communication skills were exceptional and he always answered my questions diligently. He was also forthcoming with options on flooring, paint colours, doors, as well as, information on roof tiles, guttering etc that were available and would work well in the house.

The workmanship on the house was of a high standard, and I would highly recommend Murray Jones skills as a Project Manager/Builder.

Fantastic Re-build – Murray's company was one of two quoting the repair to our house after a car crashed into it causing thousands of dollars damage. His company Sydney Building Professionals handled the job professionally, Murray worked closely with me to rebuild everything as it was and in the case of our ensuite better. he managed to match/blend all the brickwork, roof tiles, interior paint and carpet. we could not have been happier with bhis teams work. I would have no hesitation reccomending him to anyone.

Renovation delight – My husband and I were living 800km away from the work being done by Murray Jones (project manager for Sydney Building Professionals) Murray took our plans, listened to our requests and undertook a complete refurbishment of our 30-year-old unit in our absence. He actioned everything in a timely manner with close attention to detail. He sent photos to us regularly of the work being carried out. When we sold our country house and were ready to relocate, everything was in readiness for us to move into the ‘new’ unit. It seemed that nothing was too much trouble for Murray and his team and we are very pleased with the result.
