appreciate just why so much time was spent on planning before construction, to allow us to live in, throughout the building process.

Carolyn and I are very grateful to Paul and Graham on site and especially Margo in the office for all her patience in making this come together so well. Dealing with all the decisions that were required when underway was very straightforward and easy to understand, even though some of these were a result of us changing what we had originally settled on. (They have subsequently built a display home in Forestville which certainly would’ve made the early stages of our decision-making much easier).

The quality of their workmanship is first class and actually exceeded our expectations .

Whilst there has been a number of items requiring attention, they have now all been attended to without any hassle.

Whilst I would normally be reluctant to recommend a company when so much money is involved, we are so delighted with our experiences with them, we have now recommended them to our friends in Annandale.

Nothing but issues, delays and variations. Buyer beware! – We initially dealt with a salesman whose attention to detail was so poor that plans never accurately reflected what we discussed and agreed. He made promises of which the building manager had no knowledge. They ran completely over the time allocated in the contract and ignored any requests for compensation. the build and they were not because of requests from us. Variations were raised and added to our bill before being discussed with us or approved by us. We had to compromise and fight every step of the way. This was a nightmare from beginning to end.
