My beautiful friend Barbara, who is living with Multiple Sclerosis, recently purchased the Dalton/Utah 4 motor electric lift chair in leather from Sydney Furniture Company, and the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, Michael, one of the sales representative was absolutely magnificent. He was patient, friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely caring. He took the time to explain everything clearly, ensured the chair was perfectly suited to Barbara’s needs, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. His professionalism and kindness truly stood out. The rest of the staff were just as impressive, friendly, helpful, and welcoming at every step. Delivery day was just as wonderful. The delivery team, lead by T, were fantastic, punctual, cheerful, respectful, and incredibly helpful. They handled everything with care, removed the old heavy couch, set up the new lift chair perfectly, and made sure Barbara was completely comfortable before leaving, she was that comfortable she didn’t want to get off. Their warmth and friendliness made what could have been a stressful moment an absolute pleasure. Their lift chair itself has made a huge positive difference to Barbara’s comfort, mobility, and independence, and we couldn’t be happier with the quality. It’s rare to find a company where product quality, customer service, and genuine human care all come together beautifully. Sydney Furniture Company exceeded expectations in every way. Exceptional Lounges – Our Moran lounges needed replacing after 20 years of excellent service. We looked at replacing them with new Moran lounges but didn't find we liked any that were available. After extensive online searching, as we wanted Australian made furniture, we found Sydney Furniture Factory. They have custom made and ready made lounges in their huge Campbelltown store. We chose to have a 3 seater Chesterfield and Chaise lounges custom made. We chose our own fabrics that were sent to us from a selection we made from the supplier we chose. The lounges are wonderful! Just as we envisioned them. We did all this online, never went to the store as live outside of Sydney on the Central Coast. Rob was patient, courteous and knowledgeable every step of the way and assisted us enormously. The delivery guys went out of their way to be careful with the lounges as it is not an easy entrance to our home. They were also friendly, polite and professional. It had been a great experience dealing with Rob and the delivery guys and the lounges are all we asked for and wanted. There is a 10 year Warranty on the lounges and as they are custom made, a waiting period is expected and worth it! This company is a family owned business that deserves all the business it receives for the quality furniture they make.

Great Lounges – This is an Australian Family business at Campbelltown NSW. We needed new lounges after our Moran ones started to look a bit old after 20 years. After the great quality of Moran, we looked to replace the old with the new from same company. Unfortunately, we couldn't find any lounges we liked at Moran. So started a search for another company that made lounges in Australia with a 10 year warranty. That's how we found Sydney Furniture Factory. They have 30 years experience in making custom lounges and have imported lounges as well. We chose a large Chesterfield lounge and a Chaise lounge with the fabrics of our choice. They have been delivered and are all we were promised and hoped for. When buying a custom made lounge, there is a waiting time involved which we were prepared for. We never visited the showroom as live outside of Sydney so all our shopping was online. Rob was so helpful throughout the whole process and no question was too hard and information requested was always given promptly. The delivery men were exceptional with their care in handling and delivering the lounges. Rob and the delivery guys made the whole process easy. They were professional and friendly.
