Bought a Motorola Edge 50 Neo 5G (Dual Sim, 256GB/12GB, 6.4'') on extreme special (over 65% off) where I had to order at 9am on a work day. Bought it successfully and provided tax invoice for tourist refund scheme for even more discounts. I have used it for several months now with exceptional results. Show details
Stay away from these guys – Terrible Service. Bought Moto phone through their eBay shop and the order was cancelled. Not just mine but almost 200-300 people. No apology or anything. Waste of time and effort. Stay away from these guys.
Warranty given by Sydney Mobile – This is regarding "Sydney Mobiles" at Lidcombe NSW. I bought an ACER AIO from them on eBAY platform. The machine was sometime on and sometime it was blacking out. I thought it could be the charger/power problem (as ACER AIO does not have any indicator light to show the power is on) , I contacted them about my problem, they asked for a photo of my… Read more
charger! then after changing charger twice (all new and bought from eBAY) I realized this is a motherboard and graphic card problem and Sydney Mobile has supplied me a faulty AIO. It was already more than two months by that time and so I could not claim my money back from eBAY. The computer finally died and the screen blacked out after 2 months. I wanted to send my AIO for repair because that was under one year warranty; I got a detailed email from "Sydney Mobile" how to fix it myself and how to contact ACER company for spare parts. I wanted to bring the AIO to their Lidcombe NSW address (that was one reason that I didnt buy the computer from Victoria sellers although I had good experience with them before) but they refused. So please be clear about the meaning of their "one year warranty" before you buy from them.
Scammed put of my money. Won't recommend buying from this website – Wouldn't refund for faulty item. Really bad at communicating. Broke consumer laws.
Do not make mistakes! Buy from the trusted retailers! – Keep in mind that this business trades under the different names on the different platforms! Unfortunately, I was unlucky enough to purchase Amazfit watch through their subsidiary Sydneymobiles on Ebay. There is no manufacture warranty for this brand in Australia. I had to pay for the postage to send my faulty watch back to Sydney and after two… Read more
weeks (!!!) of “inspecting” they are refusing to give money back. I explained to them that I need a smart watch due to the health issues and I had to purchase another one, but they didn’t seem to care. Buy trusted brands from the trusted retailers! These people are not among them!
