Over the last couple of years we have bought our cars through Arnie at Sydney Prestige. We always get the best outcome with the cars we purchase, exceptional service, and recommendations. We just purchased another Mercedes, thank you Arnie for giving us another great purchase!

Dealership was easy to deal with and offered great service.

requiring them to return my money. It has been over three weeks, and they refuse to issue the refund. When I call to follow up, staff members actively hang up on me, and an employee has blocked my number. Extremely dishonest and unprofessional business practices. A formal complaint has been lodged with NSW Fair Trading, and this matter is heading to NCAT. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere. Instead of refunding me, [Name Removed] from Sydney Prestige Motors called me yesterday threatening to call the Federal Police unless I removed this review. He then pivotally offered to return my money only if I deleted the review first. I will not be intimidated. A formal case is now live with NSW Fair Trading (Case Number: [Number Removed]). I am launching a blog shortly to publish all phone logs, call recordings of these threats, and signed paperwork to expose these deceptive business practices. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

great customer service from Jim and Arnold, I have purchased two cars from PMS, the second one had some mechanical issues but Arnold got them fixed right away, highly recommend!!

Prestige is a joke. They wouldn't honour the used car warranty. Even after a costly professional review showing multiple faults. I was verbally abused and sworn at by staff. Stay away unless you are prepared to take them to court. THE WORST EXPERIENCE

of hours on the phone, emailing, getting it inspected by our mechanic, taking it back to them to get if fixed (once and see below for the [Content Removed] things they did) as well as the expense to get it fixed. If you are unfortunate enough to have mechanical issues, as soon as you drive it off the lot and have paid for it they don’t care at all. My original review: [Name Removed] couldn’t care less if he sold you a heap of junk or not. When [Name Removed] get’s a bad review he denies they know the customers, or the customers are not being honest about who they are (this doesn't make sense and is irrelevant anyway - the review is about them, not the customer. It is just one of many tactics they use when responding to their numerous one or two star ratings), or they say the reviewer is referring to the wrong car dealer, saying it couldn't possibly be them as they are beyond reproach. Or they ask the reviewer to contact them so they can fix the problem (we did contact them many times to get problems fixed. When we took it back they didn't fix the main problem which was clearly covered under warranty. Even worse they put another 259 kms on it while they had it for three more weeks than promised. I’ve got the photos of the Speedo to prove it and there was no oil on the dipstick when I checked it after we picked it up. When I asked [Name Removed] about it he said they were just test driving it. My advice, there are plenty of used car dealers around so don't go to Sydney Prestige Motors. I could write all the problems we had with them over the last year but they didn't listen then so why bother. And I don’t appreciate their response saying this is a business and I am unfair by being personal. It’s personal to me and my family when I get cheated out of my hard earned savings by a business who knows how to take advantage of people. The quicker you go out of business the better.

THEY STOLE MY MONEY, they agreed to a drive away price which was to include stamp duty and they agreed to it verbally. this issue and never received call back. I ended paying the stamp duty and never had received a reimbursement from them.

Issue Rectified by Sydney Prestige Motors - Can't Fault Them – Arnold at Sydney Prestige has been great to deal with and very true to his word. Initially there was damage to the Skoda caused by a third party transportation company that would not honour their warranty and repair the damage.
