Fabulous customer service
I attended the Penrith yard today with my 65 year old mother who was very nervous about car shopping and dealerships. Joey and the team were amazing. Honest, friendly and very patient with my mum. Genuine staff who went out of their way to make the experience easy. I highly recommend Joey and the Penrith Ozcar team.

Highly recommend Oz Car Penrith.
Joey and Harry were fantastic in helping us find the perfect car, at no stage were they pushy in trying to sell us just any car, we got great price with our trade in and fantastic price on our new Holden Colorado 4x4. We have been buying our cars from them for over 10 years and always been happy with our choices and they have always been very polite and respectful, Joey has added a personal touch in calling us to make sure we are happy with our Colorado.
I do recommend Ozcar to my family and friends.

Great car more than happy
Thank you to the team at oz car , not only did I get a great price for my trade in Joey and harry put me in a beautiful 4x4 Colorado, Joey bent over backwards to make the deal right for us but most importantly he wasn’t pushy he made us feel comfortable and put us as customers first! Joey your a legend so thank you so much and big thanks to harry! 5 star rating and definitely would go back and also recommend ozcar! Anyone looking for a car go to Penrith oz car and ask for Joey! One of the worst I’ve ever dealt with
Long story short, these guys are trouble, the way they threaten people with repossession agents that blatantly abuse people and threaten to go to their home with thugs and hurt the family including children is just straight disgusting no matter the circumstances behind it this kind of behaviour should not be happening from a so called reputable business nonetheless a business that claims even in there name to be “oz” Australian, yes if anyone wants to hear the voice recording make contact and I will share it for you all to hear.
This has also been lodged with the ACCC and ASICS waiting a formal investigation

Never again
Oz car Penrith. We bought a 4wd in 2016, promised a $500 fuel card and a $3000 travel voucher. They never arrived. Each time they have called trying to con us in to another car, we have bought up these promises and they soon hang up. Bank of Queensland, the finance oz car use charge stupid amounts of interest. Thank goodness this 4wd was in an accident and written off. No more had to be paid to the bank. (We had insurance) oh and the car we traded, the dealer drove it home to his place and went through a toll, guess who had to pay that?? He didn’t. Our advice is to stay away, too much interest, and all the ‘we will give you this, we will give you that’ USED CAR DEALERS; full of bulls##t. People that can’t be trusted.

Paint defects
Purchased a vehicle around 18 months from the Campbelltown yard unsighted but in very good faith that the vehicle will be in great condition. What arrived, after all paperwork had been done, was well below expectation, with both sides heavily scratched and the paint damaged. I refused delivery of the vehicle until it was repaired, and prior to delivery/ handover it was 'painted'. Some 18 months later though all of this paintwork has begun to blister and flake off and looks really really poor. A call to customer relations today and the woman say
... Read mores to me because I'd been servicing elsewhere, my warranty was now void. Not that servicing of a vehicle has anything to do with paint peeling off. I tried to explain this to her but she really just did not care. Beyond disappointed at how much they don't care post sale of a vehicle about their customers, and definately won't ever purchase another vehicle there unless they change my mind and own their poor workmanship and rectify it properly. Another point is the turnover of staff they have at this particular yard, never get to see the same sales and management team, so no one can help because no one knows the original sale t&c's. Hi Glenn, that is the name displayed in your post. Our IT advised that the only time you receive a call message is if the car is over 10 years old.

Why isn't anyone doing anything about all the faults I have had for 6 months since I bought the car????? I spent 25 thousands on something that's worth 3 hundred dollars! I am working to pay the loan off and the car has been in the mechanics more than I have had it! This is not fair scamming people out of their hard earned money! Can't even get a loan car.

It should of been offered in the first place! Your company used my details and racked up hundreds of dollars in tolls and noone apologies. I am still having problems with the car, if they had listened in the first place about sending it away to Holden, they could of told you what was wrong with the car and I would not of needed a loan car!
