Bad customer service – I had a pretty bad experience worthy of sharing. I was a drop-in customer and requested a one-off t-shirt print. defensive, took no responsibility for his actions, talked over me and at the end of the conversation, told me to come by for a refund and his last words on the phone “you’re a [content Removed]” and referred to me as a “keyboard warrior” which a another reflection of his poor character. It all just reinforced his lack of regard for customers (with all the excuses in the world being fired at me) and I was left feeling like I was an inconvenience. I hope no one else is left feeling this way, hence my suggestion to shop around if being treated with respect as a customer means something to you. Ps: he pulled down his reviews on FB because how bad they were and he keeps deleting my review.
