The products are ok but they sent out wrong sizing it took 19 days to sort it out with them threatening me not to send them out unless I closed the case against them with PayPal. In all honesty this company is a joke their emails are not looked at. My email took 10 days to even be opened and they only responded to me when I filed a case with PayPal. I like heaps of their clothes but unfortunately no way would I shop with them again. I’m even waiting STILL on my postage refund. I am a once and done client of theirs now. Goodluck to them

Shockingly awful product and customer service. With a special event coming up, I decided to splurge and buy a pair of these expensive jeans (Genies). I was unable to find any reviews other than those on their website (now I can see why they have deliberately made it this way) but those I did read often mentioned the sizing was somewhat unpredictable, as well as a lack of communication and customer service. To counter this, I ordered a "safe" size up (14). I thought that, with a belt, at least they'd be sure to fit. The jeans arrived and I couldn't even attempt to zip them up. With time now working against me, I contacted them, asking how I exchange for a different size. No response. I emailed again days later. They eventually advised their shipping had been delayed due to the cyclone in Queensland. To counter this, I went onto their site and ordered a size 16, then emailed them, asking if, due to the shipping delays, they could offer a refund of the first pair. Nope. Exchange only. I emailed again and asked if, as an act of good faith they would refund the first pair, due to the shipping delays. They never responded. Fast forward to today and the size 16s arrived. Guess what? They're no better than the 14s. These jeans are not cheap (RRP $295) and here I am, stuck with not one but two non-refundable items. Do NOT go near this company or their products. Sometimes you simply do NOT get what you paid for.
