2 years of the strength and balance training have been magical for me over my 71st and 72nd years. Alex, Jess, Alex, Jason and, of course, Sam have been so knowledgeable about exactly what I needed for total body strength to support proper balance. I can undertake activities that were previously frightening. I can now walk the rough tracks, rock hop and feel confident in so many activities denied to me for a number of years.
