I had my wonderful girl for 13 years. Any questions or concerns I had in the early years were answered quickly. ( eg she had bad breath at one stage, and it was suggested to me that the raw chicken necks I was feeling may be the cause - it was) I have had many dogs over the years, and this girl was undoubtedly the best ever. She arrived partly… Read more

toilet trained ( it only took two - three weeks to get that reliable), she was calm, gentle, sensitive and easy to train, affectionate, great with all other dogs and people. I trained her to work with my clients, and she was able to be very responsive to their needs. If I could get a clone of her I would. Currently waiting for another puppy.

Avoid at all costs. We have a 9 year old Tamaruke dog which has now contracted testicular cancer, despite the fact that he was meant to have been sterilised and a sterilisation certificate was signed and provided on collection. Our dog has now had to undergo a series of serious operations and great emotional stress to all involved. The original… Read more

cancer has now spread. Our vets have said they have never seen such an instance where a signed sterilisation certificate was issued, yet there was a testicle remaining. Tamaruke, when contacted about this, accepted no responsibility, despite the fact that it performed in their veterinary hospital. If there was a 'zero' star available I would have them that rating. Places like this should be shut down.

Love love love – We love our tamaruke! In considering a second puppy I stumbled across these reviews, some of which are not nice. I decided I needed to post mine to agree that these are indeed beautiful dogs! Unfortunately we cannot afford the price of a second, but I believe that they are indeed a beautiful breed. Although confusing that they are not just called labradoodles. But gorgeous and the best pet!

Don't Fall for it – Pros: > Adorable and healthy Puppies > Great Website. > Great Transit facilities if you are interstate. > Onsite Care for Puppies is good. Cons: > Once the Puppies are delivered, you are on your own. > Handing over vital documents of the Pupps is very poor. > Puppies are not toilet trained as they claim on their website. and hard to train.

Fantastic temperament and very clever – Jet is almost two years of age and has been trained to work in a preschool. He is very intelligent and has a gentle and calm nature. Since we introduced Jet into the preschool the children have been less anxious and adore their 4 legged friend. The staff include Jet in local excursions and he is a part of the preschool family. Jet has a ‘soft’… Read more

jaw, meaning that he is gentle even when playing with cherry tomatoes - he doesn’t pierce the skin. Jet is the best companion dog and doesn’t shed a single fur. He doesn’t have a doggie odour and is the most ‘chilled / calm’ dog I have ever known. We love him to bits!!

Amazing Dogs – We have two Tamarukes from the same litter … two females. Winnie and Lulu. From the moment they arrived via air transport from the beautiful breeder, they have been a joy. Smart as can be, happy, extremely good natured and, as an added bonus, non shedding. They don’t even have that doggie smell after swimming at the beach - or in our creek. … Read more

Everyone who comes in contact with our gorgeous girls say they are the best dogs they’ve ever met. I’m so pleased we chose Tamarukes. They make our life just perfect.

For me - best dog in the world ! – My Tamaruke Miso is now 2 years old and has proven to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in my life. She is very chilled, never barks, extremely loving and cuddly and so easy to take out anywhere. No shedding, hypo allergenic and never ever smells. She looks like a teddy bear so everyone tells me! A perfect breed of dog!

Buyer beware! – A nightmare of a experience with this breeder, Major health defects Hip Dysplasia and an Ectopic Ureter I had the dog for nearly a year before surrendering the dog to animal welfare league who carried out surgery and rehomed to special care. Join FB Tamaruke Unofficial group and do research. Dogs temperament was very scattered.

Tamaruke puppies – We bought a tamaruke and the dog has shed since we got it. The puppy does smell and we have to wash the dog constantly. Dog has been a nightmare to toilet train with the animal not being very intelligent sadly. Wish we checked the reviews as we would have stayed well away from this breeder. We will never ever buy another tamaruke again.

Great addition to our family – We welcomed a Tamaruke in 2020 and have never looked back. He is absolutely the best decision we ever made. He does not shed, does not smell and is definitely hypoallergenic. He’s been a dream to train and has a beautiful temperament. Would highly recommend a Tamaruke.

Tamaruke Dogs not worth it – We bought a tamaruke puppy and was told that they are a guaranteed non shedding animal. That was the main reason we bought one as we didn't want a shedding animal. The dog has shed since we got him. Tamaruke don't tell the truth and we wish we never purchased this animal. Please go to another breeder if you want a non shedding animal.
