Taubmans Living Proof Silk

Best interior paint - Ever – I started using this paint 30 years ago and it is superior to absolutely anything else bar none. For some reason Taubmans thinks it needs to reinvent the wheel with other products but this is their best product ever. The feel and finish is superb. You won't find it in Bunnings. Living Proof Silk and at 70years old I hope this will be the last house I will have to paint, Pro painters from now on.

I tried Taubmans Endure and found it harder to use and was not happy with the finish. Luckily I only painted 2 rooms with Endure which I repainted with Living Proof Silk and now I am finishing the rest of the house with Living Proof Silk.

I also used the Taubmans Pure Performance ceiling paint for a great looking white finish.

I take pride in our home and over the years it really pays to use good quality paint.

far as I am concerned when compared to the silk paint.

So after my kitchen Reno I decided to repaint the whole house again, the last time was only about 18 months ago. But this time I went back to Living Proof Silk and am I glad I did.

As I said before it just glides on as smooth as silk.

So do yourself a favour and go with Living Proof Silk and you won't be disappointed

Fantastic paint! – Used around 45L of this painting all the walls in our house. It was then rented out with some pretty unforgiving tenants. Even after trashing the place (damages to house cost them their entire 4 week bond!!) the paint washed out easily and is still in very good shape. and best of all, sticks well, is hard wearing and cleans up easily. Well worth the price - and it's not even that expensive!

Best wall paint by far – I am a professional painter and though it occasionally creates extra work for myself (which I don't charge for) I recommend Taubmans LivingProff Silk. paints you do not really have to spend time feathering with the roller as this paint settles fairly flat on the wall by itself. I have not come across another wall paint that does this.

The reason I mentioned the possible extra work is because in some cases this paint requires an extra coat. The paint has finer particles and also Teflon in it which does not always fully cover with two coats. In extreme cases I will use an appropriate undercoat colour first then it covers in 2 no probs.

The finish is worth it. I have heard from multiple clients that after living in their home for 20 years and raising a family they were still able to just wipe clean the walls before placing their home on the market - no repainting required the walls looked great.

Personally I originally repainted my home with paint from another major brand (not Taubmans) earlier this year. After painting for a client who insisted on LivingProof Silk I rediscovered what an above-and-beyond quality paint it is. I had stopped using it for a while due to the coverage issue. The same week I ordered LivingProof Silk for my own home and repainted even though I had only painted months earlier. I had to have the best wall paint in my home. Most washable and nicest to touch. Significant colour change can require an extra coat or some touch ups at least.

love this paint – I used this paint in a couple of rooms a few years ago and I really do love this paint. I have dogs who regularly leave marks on some walls and this paint is so washable that I just use a damp cloth to clean off dirt and stains. It's also a very easy paint to apply. easy workable paint, very washable
