Windstrong Door – Door curtain retainers failing and tearing out from curtain after about 2000 cycles by the controller. Taurean rep called to look, said he would look into it. Heard no more, finally called them and there answer is that its out of warranty. Avoid dealing with a company that refuses to back there product.

No service at all – Roller door was delivered to site, truck reversed onto footpath and cracked it not even an apology. Rang to get some info from them never called back, they have no tech department only email you info so you have to work it out yourself. Really bad to deal with not professional at all. Avoid.
