outcomes and treated my wife and I as equals. Their consultation and pricing was better and they delivered and installed them on time without surprises or fuss. With them fabricating and installing everything, we are confident that we wont have issues (eg like installers blaming manufacturers or the other way round) should any electric awning, roller or lock etc fail. Finding a window supplier went from being the most stressfull aspect of our build to the easiest part of it - hence this rare and long review. Thanks to Matt, Adam and Brad in particular. Prey your builder doesn’t use Taylor’s, as ours did. The service is non-existent. They will ghost you and they will ghost the builder.

Great product. Service not so good – Everything went well, and a number of visits sorted most issues, exceot one. The only normal door was supied with an ordinary lock, not deadlock and not keyed to like the other 4 locks. The mabagee kept promising to send over people to fix but it never happened. but they spent time making and installing timber surrounds to merge with our deck. A builder friend who happened to have built the deck the sliding windows open out on, was most impressed. I highly recommend Taylors and they were very competitive in their quote.

Customers beware – It's unfortunate to have to leave this review but 4 months of having to rectify issues with our windows is a poor reflection on the Taylor's Windows after sale service. screens, one missing its lock and one with a broken panel filled with timber - fixing these issues took over three months despite Taylor's accepting full payment on delivery - over those three months dozens of emails and phone calls were always met with "someone will contact you by the end of the week", which rarely occurred. It was obvious that seeking the repairs (and the complete product we paid for) was an inconvenience for them and they had little respect for us as customers For a company that advertises their customer service and after sale service as what sets them apart, they have failed to deliver for us

Great product, terrible service, do not recommend – The quality of the product we (eventually) received was great, however, this is where my positive review ends. Terrible, shockingly bad customer service considering taylors windows delivered our windows not only broken but also missing both the fly screens and locks. Literally months and dozens of phone calls and emails to organize the repair (the panel was eventually repaired with the wrong glass, leading to yet another replacement months later that again took many emails and all effort on our behalf). Met with constant "we will call you back or so and so will email you" as well as "it says this job is completed". Zero urgency, zero care and in the end zero response hence this necessary review. Totally incompetent service.

We have an entire house of windows to replace and will not only be using another business but will also tell anyone who asks to steer clear of Taylors Window Supplies.

Poor form guys, improve your service and respect your customers when you make an error.

Good Product and excellent Service – We got our windows replaced by Taylor's windows. There prices are bit high but they did a good job and even when they were late they replaced the urgent windows with rest of the windows a while after. Already gave them the repeated order and got the same good quality and excellent service. Highly recommend them.

Choose Carefully – Caution! Rather poor showroom experience Terrible follow-up, disorganised, had to chase them Product is OK The recommended installer was shocking. Repeatedly let us down, had to chase him to complete. Overall, please be careful with this company.
