I bought a second hand Tebco Voyager, after trying to find a bike that suited my size and am really happy with it. It was hard as a 5 foot tall person to find a bike that felt suitable, as an older person I wanted a bike that I could comfortably put my feet on the ground. I mainly cycle rail trails and it is great, plenty of power for long hills,… Read more

I would happily buy another in the future. On lazy days where I use the throttle a lot I am still getting about 50km range. My only negative is that I don't find the seat/saddle comfortable for long trips, and am looking for a different seat.

I’ve had my Tebco Discovery for about 3/12 years and absolutely love it. I was surprised to see the poor reviews on this site. My bike is fabulous, well made, I have it serviced every year and have only great things to say. It suits my circumstances perfectly . Would highly recommend the bike. Show details ·  1

Trebco Discovery – My husband and I bought two Trebco bikes mid January 2024 and are so very disappointed. It's advertised as being able to last up to 80km, my work is 15km away and the battery is flat by the time I get home and fully charged when I head out in the morning. My husband has a similar experience on his and he's also had the chain come off three times in less than a month. Have taken our bike back and they've said there's nothing wrong with it.

Excellent Product Support - a good Company to deal with! – The guys at TEBCO (The Electrical Bicycle Co) are absolute legends. I live in a remote location and they sorted out my Bike issue without any hassles. The MD even answered his phone while on holidays overseas. The Company that sold me the bike dropped the ball but lucky TEBCO stand by their product and helped.

Entry level ebikes – I purchased a Tebco crosstrail on my NDIS funding. Later in the year I went to the snowy mountains and tried to ride my brand new Tebco crosstrail to Mt Kosciuszko. Well.. they don't like water.,Any kind of water. I ring Tebco in Melbourne and the owner from Tebco tells me it my fault for riding it in the snow and that my warranty is nill and… Read more

void. The matter is now with the ACCC and the department of fair trading. After speaking with other professional bike store's. I was told that having the motor in the back wheel is the problem. The motor is not waterproof. So if you are riding and it starts to rain. You are in big trouble, even the rain hitting the motor in the rear wheel hub, will damage the motor. I was advised to get a motor that is in the bike frame. I hope this review helps people when it comes to choosing the right ebike.

It is my primary mode of transport and independency – My fourth electric bicycle. First two in China and now my second one home. This was a new experience. It has a front wheel motor. Took a bit of getting used to, but is very easy to ride. It is the first bike that I have had which has integrated throttle and pedalec. I don't have to choose either or, I can use both at the same time, which… Read more

means that going from throttle to pedalec is seamless and smooth. This bike's battery is in the frame, meaning that there is not the extra space needed. The frame of the model I have has a very low step through, which is essential for a lady with right leg and hip issues. The kick down stand means that the bike can be put anywhere. With five levels of pedalec and seven gears, it is possible to choose a large range of speeds to ride at. By choice I do not have lights as I do not want to be tempted to go out in the dark. However, I did add pannier bags onto the rear carrier and a basket from the handle bars which can carry up to five kilos. This bike is made in China under the supervision of, and especially for the Australian company who sells them here. I highly recommend it.
