Feels like a scam? – Not impressed. Purchased an item. Then just received an email regarding a refund, saying out of stock. No reply to my email. Feels like a bit of a scam. Also, still advertising the item I purchased. Show details

Bad company – Please, nobody purchase anything from this company. They respond immediately to emails when you are ordering and for your money, but you won't hear from them again, other than to tell you it's in the hands of the couriers (which is a fake company also). logistics. Both fake companies have addresses that are a car park & museum in sydney, there is no contact phone numbers, and they are providing a fake ABN number. Complete rubbish, you'll never see your money again! Have been reported to the ACCC who are aware of them.

Once bitten Twice shy – I bought an iPhone 5 from techshopping.com.au but have not received it. I have emailed them but no one replies.they provided a tracking number .the delivery service they use is frontlinelogistics.i also tried to contact them but no reply.the address provided is a carpark. very disappointing to be dealing with this business .

Do Not Use These Websites They Will Take Your Money!!! – I ordered a phone from techshopping.com.au, after a few days their shipping site Frontline Logistics reported the order as scheduled for delivery but never arrived. Neither website is responding to emails and there are many complaints from others online that they never received their products. Their addreses and ABNS are fake. Do Not Use These Websites, Don't Be Fooled By The Price, You Will Never Receive Your Item!!

Terrible – I ordered a phone on April 9th. Still waiting. Now I see that they have changed their account number at the NAB. And are still taking money. email; i responded; i paid money; they sent email saying goods dispatched; 3 days later they sent email giving (what I now know is) bogus tracking number; after one week i asked who is transport company; they emailed back saying frontline logistics and gave a website; website has never responded; phone number on website is fake; address is a museum; discovered that tech shopping address is actually a carpark; bank account names are fake; they bank with National Bank (NAB) who are allowing them to run illegal accounts ripping people off.

It is all very sad and I am not happy with me. Cam review gave them a reasonable score when i first purchased. Now scam score is indicative of the fact that these people are no good.

Terrible service – I ordered a large screen TV from this online store. 2 weeks later and still no goods. Only after checking the whirlpool.net forums did I learn that this website is a scam. Beware! They also appear to have teamed up with Frontline Logistics. Both sites appear legit to the untrained eye. My case with the Dept of Fair Trading is under investigation.
