No response from Techking after sale – I ordered a printer on the 15th December from Techking. I paid via their e-way payment system. The order status says that I have paid and the order is pending. I have repeatedly tried to contact them but they will not respond. Their phones have a disconnected msg. I initiated a complaint with Fair Trading who also could not contact them. that they have had other dealings/complaints about them. They suggested that I try to recover my payment through my bank... Do not deal with this company!!

Buyer Beware! – No product support. My goods (NAS) faulty out of the box. The don't answer the phone, reply to email or help-desk. I'm $200 and have not had any response at all.

Avoid – Made a purchase, paid instantly for what was advertised "in stock". Days went by & never heard from Techking.com.au with any updates. Sent them an email asking if everything was OK with the order, but more days went by & still no response. To cut a long story short, I eventually had to initiate a Paypal dispute. dispute either. At least I haven't lost any money thanks to the Paypal buyer protection. Anyone that pays them by bank deposit - kiss your money goodbye.

Excellent customer service – V. good customer service, had a DOA and didn't take much to get a new one sent. E-mails were replied to well and in a decent amount of time. Prices are also good. This is why I have given tech king 5/5 stars, for their excellent customer service and prices

Excellent – Excellent customer service! Cheap-as-chips prices! Were great wit warranty claims and returns due to factory faults. I got an i7 4790k at $405 on release which is cheaper than anywhere I found in Australia. They were really helpful with the correct ram and size recommendations. websites online chat a few times and she was really helpful with my 100 questions about the products i was wanting. She helped me make the right decision.

Anyway what really topped it off was I made my order at 11am on a wednesday and really wanted to receive my goods by friday so I could play with my new toys over the weekend. I chatted online to them on friday morning to see if it was possible i would receive it today and asked if the courier could call 30mins before arriving to make sure I was in the office. Anyway I got a call at lunch time 30 mins prior to arrival and when the guy arrived I realised he was not a courier but a staff member from Kogarah. They drove 30mins all the way in to make sure i received it today!!!! Talk about keeping your clients happy!

Thanks Techking, you guys are the best and I will be definitely using you again. They have the best prices and go beyond the call of duty. Nothing, except you guys are too nice.
