External Hard Drive - Data Recovery – Had an external hard drive that had given up the ghost. Technetics Data Recovery did a fantastic job in recovering all my data.

Thought it was all gone – I am an academic at a major university, my computer contains field work material, admin, course outlines and so on, then on morning mid stream the computer just stopped, panic the ok must be someone out there. That some was Technetics Data Recovery. Amazing people, amazing results, I was kept fully informed through out the process. A lot of respect, I cannot speak more highly.

Don't use this company- they will over charge u!!!! – If I could give this company zero stars I would. I took my laptop to them as I had spilt water on it and needed the data retrieved. They quoted me $1000 and said it was a huge job so would take them 5 to 10 days to complete it. That price seemed too much so I took my laptop elsewhere and guess what!? Double the quoted price of competitors – If you are self employed or a small business this isn' the place for you as I found the quotable methods very questionable when compared with other places. really are holding yourself in a position where legalised extortion can happen. Look around and don't be sucked in by bamboozling, jargon filled quotes. More importantly buy multiple drives and don't lose thousands of dollars for 'repairs of bad sectors' or wasteful migrations.

Best place for data recovery – Not only were Technetics able to retrieve all my data, they were professional throughout the whole process. If you need data recovery this place ticked all the boxes. I can't recommend them highly enough.

family pictures...you name it! And because I'm a bit of a silly person, I didn't back anything up for a looong time. Unfortunately

the company were unable to recover anything at all, and even though they didn't charge me anything, I was devastated. They also recommended your company to me, in the hopes that maybe I'd retrieve something.

I picked up my hard drive yesterday and am sitting at my computer now, looking through all the photos and documents I thought were lost to me forever! I honestly cannot thank you all enough; from the prompt, friendly service throughout the entire ordeal, and now to the successful recovery, I am a very pleased customer. This was an expensive lesson for me (my goodness, I will NEVER forget to back up again!) but I couldn't put a price on all my precious memories.

If I ever need you again, which I hope I won't as I will be BACKING UP, I wouldn't hesitate to contact straight away.

cost so much. At best the receptionist could be described as cagey and at times likened to a deer in headlights. Which brought me to conclude that this lady that works the front desk knew very little about data recovery. My second conclusion was who is paying this lady money to simply explain how much something costs when I could simply look that up on the website. For a company that charges nearly four times the price I got a quarter of the service and even less customer satisfaction. Technetics you simply seem like a front that has been designed to take advantage of people in a compromising situation by spending big on marketing, a fancy office and a receptionist with what seems like no data recovery experience. Again I'm happy to speak to a representative who I'm sure could alleviate some built up angst I have with this company and obvious misconceptions. I do sincerely hope I have the wrong perception but haven't been proved otherwise.

Magicians at work – Technetics were able to recover the entire stored data from my VERY old MacBook Air after both Apple and another data recovery company were unable to retrieve anything at all. Their staff were super helpful and kept me updated through the process and never once made me feel foolish for not backing up some of my most important data, they were very kind.

This is the type of customer service that we all should receive but so very rarely do – exemplary service - well done Technetics.
