Hi My Technika dishwasher partially runs through its cycle, then it stops and beeps for 30 seconds and the glass symbol rapid flashes and the dishes only look partially cleaned
Hi Ryan, thank you for reaching out to us. There are two things you can check. Ensure that the tap is on and the there is nothing stopping the flow to the machine. Secondly if you have remaining water at the based to drain this away and start again as it could be an overflow. Thanks
Hi there my dishwasher has on off switch and when pressing that it comes off. After applying some blue tag on switch it hold it at place andstarts. But after a while it stopped working. Switch keeps coming out.
Hello, thank you for your question and I'm sorry to hear of this. Based on what you have described it may need to be replaced as it sounds like it has come loose. Thanks
Hi..My dishwasher is making beeping sound and flashing at one program. It's not emptying the water

We were given a TDX6SS-3 but the rapid light flashes and there's beeping. Indicating restricted water flow. We've checked water pressure, kinks, the filter etc. Could there be another issue?
Hi Col, Thank you for your question and I'm sorry to hear of this. Based on what you have described you should also check the spigot, please see below: File: https://cdn.productreview.com.au/document/thread-message/955154db-570d-5ff2-a8b7-abb457f14914 Thanks
We are having same problem. Had to remove water by hand. Unable to change programming as stuck on intensive wash and beeping (which stops after about 30 secs) but flashing continues. Cannot access the https file given above. Is there another option ? Thanks Ronne
Hi Ronda, if the water flow is restricted it may be due to the water pressure so check the hoses and spigot: File: https://cdn.productreview.com.au/document/thread-message/955154db-570d-5ff2-a8b7-abb457f14914 Thanks
My dishwasher is not emtying and there is a large amount of water in it at the end of the cycle - where can I get help or can someone here advise
Hi Bill - you don't mention it but have you checked that the fine mesh filter located beneath the bottom spray arm is clean? To access the filter, simply turn the protruding plastic cylinder about a quarter turn anticlockwise and lift the course filter out. The fine mesh filter can then be lifted out, cleaned and replaced in reverse order.
Hi Bill, thank you for your question and I'm sorry to hear of this. Based on what you have described there may a blockage stopping the water from draining. Thanks
Hi I have TDX6SS-3 Dishwasher that came with the house we bought 2 years back. Since the last 2-3 months, we see that the wash cycle does not completely finish. It beeps for 30 seconds and the Cleaning modes lights start flashing. When I take out the dishes, they are a bit greasy. While the dishwashing tablet is gone, the rinse liquid stays as is. Can someone advise on how to get this resolved.
Hi Shakti, Thank you for reaching out and I’m sorry to hear is this. I have replied to your other post with the user manual. Thanks
I have an E2 error message after about 30 seconds. Is that something I can fix myself or do I need a technician.
Hi rapid light is flashing and there is water in the bottom , I have tried turning off and unplugging but nothing will work . Please help
Hi Glenn, it happened to me before, I set the program to start a cycle, choose any program once started to drain the water make sure all the water at the bottom are drained then quickly switch off the dish washer before it starts filling with water again. clean the filter. Then choose the program again from the beginning. Hope these steps resolve the issue!
It won’t even drain excess water
Hi Glenn, Thank you for your question. If the water is not draining there may be an obstruction in the drain hose. If you contact our service team they can assist you by advising of some trouble shooting steps. Thanks
Hello, my dish washer lights are on except the right hand ones to select the wash so no go!! Anyone help?
Hi Rod, please send us your details and we can get one of your customer care team members assist. Thanks
We had this dishwasher included in our kitchen package, when we built our home with Simmonds, in 2010. Our machine flooded the kitchen, last night and I had to manually drain the remaining water, from the machine with a cup and bucket. We checked the filter (which was fine) & now it doesn’t want to work. We turn it on, the machine pump sounds like it’s trying to work & the intensive light starts flashing rapidly. Then after about 30 seconds, the machine goes quiet & stops, but the flickering remains. Can you please tell me what the cause of this might be?
I have the same trouble.... did you find the answer?
Hi Kesavan, Thank you for reaching out to Technika, Please contact our customer care team on 1800 444 357 with the model number of your appliance and they will be able to assist you further. Alternatively you can email us at customer.care.ha@glendimplex.com.au
It would have been nice if a Technika Rep would have made contact with me, a year ago.
Kesavan, in response to your question, we didn’t get any joy from the customer service team, so we put the dishwasher into hard rubbish & purchased a Bosch Series 6, which we find to be very reliable & easy to use. As a side note, our Technika oven that was also included with the build, died a month or so later. I expected an oven to last more than 9 years. We ended up purchasing a Westinghouse pyrolytic oven & live it.
Hi Bek, I am sorry to hear about your experience, did you contact our customer care team and give them the opportunity to fix for you ?
We tried to call & left a message in this forum, but received no reply. We have since purchased a replacement dishwasher (Bosch) & a replacement oven (Westinghouse). Both should have lasted longer than just under 9 years.
HI Bek, I am really sorry to hear this, our customer experience is very important to us, and we are sorry that your initial experience did not meet that standard, thank you for letting us know
The words have rubbed off the dishwasher add i do not know what lights are what. Can i get a clear image off the front of the dishwasher so i can relabel it?
The same problem with my dishwasher . Any luck ?
Bottom rack rusted at many of the welds after about 4 years. Anyone else experienced this?
YES!!!....we have the same problem. Only 4 yrs old
Did you get an answer from Technika on this John?
Yep this happened to me now. 3 years and 8 months
On off switch has failed what is the warranty for this item?
The intensive light flicker fleetly and beeps for about 30 seconds. Will not allow me to wash dishes, is there a way to clear it?
Had this Dishwasher for 3 years now, looks like the switch is broken as it doesn't stay on unless you hold the button?
How do I get this fixed and how much does it cost, or can it get fixed under warranty?
Hi there I’m not a technician but you would have to call your local whitegood technician. If you have the know how to change these parts your self I purchase parts from external link
I have had my technika dishwasher now for 20 months & tonight the on off button will not stay on. When I push it in the light comes on, it beeps then turns off again. Has anyone else had this problem & how do I fix it? There's nothing in the manual about this.
This is exactly what happened to mine too. I had an electrician out today and he thinks the switch needs replacing but as he’s not an appliance man he said it’s best guess. I found the part online and for $34 I think it’s worth a try. Product code is TE127.
Thanks Natalie it was under warranty & they did replace the switch. Apparently it happens a bit.
Ours is a little over 2 years old and just experiencing the same issue, the same fault with the on/off switch. When I press it down it beeps and switches on as normal for a second or two, but then goes straight off and stays off.
If I stand there and hold it in it stays on, but that's not really practical solution.
The service area is closed for Christmas/ New Years. Very inconvenient to have no dishwasher during this period, but just hoping it's not too expensive, we have enough bills to pay already.
I'd not had technika appliance before we got this via a Metricon Home package (along with oven and cooktop) are they generally good quality?
Hi Natalie, did you manage to fix this problem? Wondering if Technika replied to you this issue and what is the warranty on this diswasher got it with the apartment so have no idea..
My daughter has just moved into her first rental. It has one of these Technika dishwashers installed. We turned it on and the rinse aid light was lit up. Can't work out how to make it start. There is no start button, just the 3 buttons on the left. Unfortunately, there is nothing happening. The power is on and the water is turned on. I googled the manual but it doesn't tell you how to start it.
Thanks
Helen
