Flat as a pancake – I'm surprised this is advertised as suitable for side sleepers. It's low, flat and uncomfortable. I bought this from Mattress and Pillow Science and it looks nothing like the pictures on their website. It seems like decent quality (as it should be for the price), and it might be suitable for back or front sleepers, but I'd recommend side sleepers go for one of the many other suitable options. Show details

contacted Snooze for any suggestions on making the pillow larger. They say they will get back to me but never do. Worst customer experience ever! They only care about the sales. Do not buy techno gel pillows. I’m off to but a Spinal EZE pillow, with a review to follow. Adrian Evers

Worst pillow ever! I had a memory foam, latex, contour pillow before so I thought this would be next – None, it didn't feel too low but doesn't support your neck and the gel is not nice being cold all night if you are not one of those people feel hot in the night.  Show details

Could have been better – Was ok but in the end the contour wasn't for me... I felt like where it curved I wanted it thicker. But now I've got the deluxe 14 and I love it. In summer I put it in the fridge for 30 min before bed. $199 on sale with 2 year warranty. . Happy with that cool. soft.

one and cannot say anything bad as it has only left us with good sleep, and I am guessing a better posture, hence no more neck aches.Its a heavy pillow and would throttle an intruder, and is slightly more difficult to stick in a pillowcase. It is concaved on the gel side and flat on the other and can be used either way. If you get too cool from the gel side in winter then you have a solution, or else use a thicker pillowcase. It comes with a quality pillow protector. When this ones time is up, I'll definately be buying another one. How much money can you put on good quality sleep?
