Worst customer service ever – I order a bag over $200 . 2 months later I still haven’t receive it so I trying to contact them email calling over the phone insta message. They don’t respond nothing …… don’t buy a thing from Ted baker again .

Awaiting a refund from Ted Baker – I purchased 2 similar different size blazers from Ted Baker online as a result of not knowing my size . One was returned well over a month and a half ago. After numerous emails made in good faith ,tracking the return on their behalf and providing evidence of such a return I still have not received my refund. It's as though there's only one person running this business – Recently ordered a couple of handbags from their online store and one of them was cancelled immediately. comments about customer issues. That made me wary about my order. Finally got a response on IG a few days later (despite the brand posting multiple posts daily and responding to other comments posted after mine), and then I finally received an email reply. It had been 10 DAYS AFTER I first contacted them. The excuse was given that they are short on staff due to COVID and are taking longer to reply to emails. Made me wonder if there's just one person left on their customer service team?? There were a LOT of customer issues posted on IG, and there were probably even MORE emails waiting for a reply. Anyway, apparently my order was cancelled because the item was "out of stock" and that the website takes longer to reflect stock (it had been 10 days and it was STILL listed as "in stock"). I checked again after receiving the email and it was finally listed as "out of stock". If it had been listed correctly in the first place, I would have purchased another item as shipping from the UK is expensive which was why I wanted to buy more than one item. This was a not a great buying experience. Then guess what, I looked it up again today and the item was "in stock" again. So in conclusion; website is faulty and unreliable, customer service is also faulty and unreliable, the handbags are okay but be careful ordering from this brand.

1980 was good for TB – I have brought shirts from this guy back in London at the only shop in Covent garden. They were so well made ,not now. same price but crap. Who makes this rubbish now? Show details

You lost a great customer TB! – Terrible customer service. No communication about your product after payment. Extortion on express post but item does not arrive after two weeks and no tracking number or reply from staff. One ⭐️ is too many.

Returned goods as per instructions but no refund – I purchased a dress for a wedding choosing Ted Baker because of their returns policy. The dress did not fit and I returned the item following the instructions provided. I paid for tracking and signature on delivery. Beware!!!! – Beware of these scammers, their clothes are of very poor quality. I sent $600 worth of clothes back, still waiting for refund. They will keep saying 14 day period for getting your refund but will keep your money as long as possible. I am extremely scared . Show details

Still waiting for refund, more than 3 weeks after return – Shonky customer service and tactics. I returned a pair of shoes (A$339) following the returns instructions and at my own expense. Luckily, I sent them by courier and have tracking, including the name of the person who signed for the parcel at Ted Baker. Their customer service people (via Facebook & directly through email) keep using the same 'wait 14 days, have a nice day' method despite me advising the tracking information and advising that it has been well over the standard 14 days.

Have a look at other similar reviews. It seems like a policy or scam. Very disappointing and newsworthy!

The company cancelled my order but took my money – I purchased an item online during the black Friday sales. your Ted Baker store and organise payment and shipment directly. The better stores will also organise sizes to be shipped to other Ted Baker stores (not all are willing to do this). Sizes: Ted Baker sizes tend to be confusing. Best is to talk to your store about fabrics and body shape. In general a 4 is a Aus 12 and a 5 is an Aus 14 although these can be hard to come by. Once you got it pad down you can find amazing deals! Check out Selfridges London and Ozsale as well! ;)

Smooth purchase, good price, slow delivery-Ted Baker Online – Purchased my bag during the sales so I got very good price. I purchased online so it went to different system with the store in Melbourne. The item was shipped from Hongkong and it was delay due to Royal International Courier so I sent a complaint and they refunded delivery fees for me. It was a good experience in general. Show details
