Fantastic Service, Great Brand Variety – Fantastic service and product knowledge - great after sales help and advice. They help load bikes up if needed. Very good deals to be done on merchandise with bike purchases. Variety of all the top brands. We drive over 2 hours for the customer service.

Exceptional customer service! – Exceptional customer service and extremely pleased with my positive experience at Ted’s Cycles. I bought my daughter her first bike from here through the week and we couldn’t be more pleased with the product quality and high level of customer service. The lady that assisted me was so friendly and approachable. Finding the right bike for my daughter was my main priority and she went above and beyond to help me. It is evident that the staff are passionate about riding and are highly knowledgeable in terms of their product range. Being a customer with little knowledge on bikes and accessories can be overwhelming, but the sales lady was very patient and I can’t thank her enough for providing me with an enjoyable shopping experience. I highly recommend this store to anyone considering buying a new bike and I will most definitely be returning to buy from them again.

Friendly and helpful – Bought a new bike for my daughter a few weeks ago from Teds. The man was very helpful and let her try a number of different bikes in the ally outside the shop. He didn't try and upsell us onto more expensive bikes since she is just a beginner and did make sure that the one she got was big enough to last her a while. Friendly, helpful and flexible

Excellent Service and Value – I am a long term customer of Teds. I have found their prices great for both bikes and parts. But it is their service which I have found exceptional. On numerous occasions they have gone the extra mile to find a substitute part to economically fix a component rather than replace the lot which is so common with repair organisations these days.Trevor at Teds just loves to talk mountain biking and encourage people into mountain biking without any hard sell. That is if you can get hold of him as the low prices and good advice means the shop is always busy. If you are interested in mountain biking in particular this shop is worth a visit. Not fancy but good down to earth value and service. Knowledge and value for money They like to talk cycling can be hard to get out of the shop quickly. They do not seem to want to make a quick sale.
