Were are the Tefal Anti Calc Cartridge IXEO available. To order from the Tefal on line store delivery is expected 6 to 8 weeks. There isn't 6 to 8 weeks notice to replace the filter

I got mine from Ewing Electrical in Nowra. They are very helpful, if they don’t have it they may be able to order one for you. There is a wait though. Good luck.

Hello Scott. Unfortunately you need to order online. Yes there is a waiting period. Also, do call Tefal, they may refer you to their Service Centre in your state.

Just turn my new Tefal IXEO for the first time done what was said in the book and nothing happened (no steam coming after pressing the trigger for over 1 min30 sec What Im doing wrong?

Ours did the same thing, long story short, the guy at the service centre had no idea what was wrong. My partner picked the whole unit up, gave it a little shake tipped it forward then back to level and now it works fine. Must have been something in the CALC Filter that was blocking water flow. Cheers
