Fantastic product, worth the price! – This is extreme fast, non stick high quality iron! I use it to iron a lot of cotton, linen & silks. The steam is great and never leaks like most irons out there.It also has the right temperature and never burned anything. The only thing that could be better is the power cord length. Great blast of steam – This is a really great iron. I sew and need to use my iron all the time.The auto on/off feature is a must for me. All irons should have this excellent safety feature in my view.The level of steam is excellent. As good as my previous iron system which cost $1800 in 1989 – The tefal gives great steam pressure to iron only one side of jeans, linen -for htose hwo still iron sheets and doona covers :) and all fabrics. The heat and steam control adjust to any fabric andas a dressamker I use all types of fabrics,plus an auto alarm to say when the watr filter needs cleaning. well used in my home as I do lots of alterations which need good pressing.

So far in more than a year this has been as good as my previous iron a Laura Star Ironing system which I bought in 1989 and finally gave up in 2015 after only one replacement water tank.

The cash back offer is a scam – I purchased this product- even though it was overpriced- because of the cash back offer. The cash back form was not in the box - and it took a very long time & great perseverance to find it on line. But the form could not be filled in on line - it had to be printed & posted. Both times I was simply ignored. After I got Fair Trading involved, they finally communicated with me. They told me I did not qualify for the cash back because I had not filled out the form.

Worth for what's been paid – My husband and I purchased Tefal Pro Express a month ago from Harvey Norman. It's more expensive compare to other brand with the same spec of iron. Great steam iron – I know it was expensive but worth every cent. Easy to use and set up even though no manual was included but a picture pamphlet was supplied. Good product, customer service shocking – As much as this iron does what it is supposed to do (like many other brands ) we chose this one for the $100 money back offer. To our great surprise a receipt is not enough to claim the cash back offer you also need a barcode from the packaging, which wasn't kept as we have no room for such boxes and as it was a gift for me, the iron was perfectly… Read more

The information about the barcode was not given to us in store, and so a couple of days go by and i go to claim the money only to find out if a receipt or barcode is missing the claim is invalid. Beware this is a scam to get you to buy Tefal brand over any other. I will be looking at other brands in the future, calling the customer service line gets you a rude, unhelpful man who simply says it is clearly stated on the form, no matter you dont get the form until you go on the web. I am appalled at the customer service provided for products which cost quiet a bit of money, and this money back offer is just to suck you in. The iron is good however it doesn't perform better than a Braun or a Phillips and prices are very comparable.

Buyer beware, Tefal is definetly lacking in the customer service field and that is one thing that matters to me more than anything.
