Worst iron.
Leaks water everywhere even when steam is off. Terrible customer service. I do not know how your product wins in the market with these type of errors. Customers spending money think before you buy

Great safety feature
We needed an iron with following features:
1). Safety feature, should turn off if not used for vcertain time.
2). Anti Tangle cord.
3). Non Stick
4). Light Weight
This iron ticks all boxes. Great value for 19000 qantas points.
I would definately recommend it.

Disappointingly Short Cord
Generally a very nice iron. Comfortable in the hand, heats up quickly, nice safety features. Steam function is good. Does spit out water through the spray nozzle when you don't activate it. This can be very annoying. The most disappointing feature is the very short cord. Does not reach to the end of a standard ironing board, you need to add an extension cord for use to be safe. Repeatedly pull the plug out when I forget about the short length.
