Do not buy this iron unless you have a very high IQ
I bought this iron for the features listed however I can’t use these features and don’t even know how to clean the product because the instructions are not clear. The only instructions provided are just confusing diagrams with no written instructions. I contacted Tefal to ask for actual instructions on how to operate the iron but they said they only have these diagrams and don’t even produce basic YouTube videos to explain how to operate the iron. I cannot believe they don’t provide proper clear instructions on how to use their product. I will never buy another Tefal product because they don’t clearly explain how to use it.

I may not be a genius but I and everyone who I showed it to had no idea how to use some of the features that the diagrams purport to explain. I even took it back to the shop that I bought it from and they had to guess at how to operate it. I also googled how to use your irons and on a couple of unboxing videos I found, even these people said the diagrams were confusing and had to guess at how some of the features and switches worked. I admit I haven't bought an iron in probably 8 years but I never expected that I would purchase a standard consumer electrical item in 2022 and would not get proper instructions on how to operate it. I understand that everything is moving online but how hard is it to put together a 5 minute youtube video for each of your products? Seriously?Questions & Answers
