Scammers. They do not respond to inquiries via the website or by email. They shipped out a poor-quality incorrect product and on further investigation I could have purchased the same cable for less than half the price charged by Tegal AU.
These guys are scammers purchased an iPad case the next door got notification a shipping label had been created. After week no movement so emailed and messages as per instructions on website, no reply, after 2 weeks I tried again nothing I have tried nearly every day since which it’s now 2 months since purchase and they don’t reply to any emails or messages. They took my money and run DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
First time, last time – Images in their shop look way better than the received product. Communication is non existent other than automated responses which have a years old moving message. Purchased Silver item, received white! Looks like a product from Temu that is bought and onsold. Search for their reviews and you won't buy from here. At least I received a product, which seems to be more than most.
Selling Faulty Products, No Communication, Scam – Sold me a faulty product and are unable to contact. They are ignoring all emails I have sent, their refund policy is not followed. Scam.
Wrong product shipped. No response via email, Facebook message, or by online contact form. Scam – They do not respond to any inquiry (form on website, email, and Facebook message) And they ship out the wrong product :(
Zero communication and an incorrect product – This company were awful to deal with. I ordered a 13" iPad Pro case and they sent an incorrect 12.9" case which didn't fit or attach at all. times, I received no response. They wouldn't even provide a return address for me to return the incorrect item.
Fortunately, I had paid with PayPal and was able to lodge a complaint with them. Tegal also chose not to respond to any communication from PayPal, so they refunded the purchase.
Cheap and poor quality resellers. Pure scam – I bought this band and bumper for my Apple Watch Series 4 (44 mm) at the Tegal store believing it to be a quality and reliable product, but unfortunately, to my surprise, the products came in the wrong size (40 mm) in addition to being of very poor quality. tried to contact Tegal, but on the website, they only say that they accept returns but do not tell us how to proceed, nor do they provide a direct form of contact (just an online form). They are cheap resellers of low-quality products with terrible customer service.
