Amazing reputable company, the range and quality of lights is second to none. The sales team are very helpful and knowledgeable will definitely be using Telbix light fittings on my projects

I bought external Telbix light fittings. They were inspected and found to be faulty and rusting just over 12 months later. The company refunded me for the cost of the lights but refused to cover the cost of installation despite this being a clear obligation on their part under consumer law. Not cool, not professional, not ethical and not legal. They kept telling me this wasn’t in accordance with their policy. I tried explaining this was the law and overrides any policy they might have but they didn’t seem to comprehend that, conveniently. Make sure you use someone reputable and someone who will cover the costs to actually REPLACE faulty products which includes both product replacement and installation.
