supportive. We paid nearly $6,000. On the day of the attempted delivery the packaging didn't have the type of the product Which we paid for. We called the Bedshed Caringbah store immediately asking for the product specifications and assurance that we are getting the right product. On the day no supporting paperwork, and no other EVIDENCE was provided . We didn't therefore accept the delivery. Since then we are dealing with the store as they are refusing to refund the money We then reached our to TEMPUR HQ in Melbourne seeking the information about the product and their assistance with the store to give us refund. They've been most unhelpful. They don't accept having anything with the store yet Bedshed is selling their products exclusively! At no point TEMPUR attempted to eliviate our concerns about the product. To date TEMPUR failed to inform about the model of the product, clear specifications, date of manufacture, its origin . If they oversee the sale of Tempur products in Australia they should be first point of providing correct information. But they are not. There was no genuine attempt to assist us with our concerns. It seems customer should just accept what's written in the glossy advertising brochure and paid extremely expensive product without the manufacturer documenting precisely as to the each specific model. As we say we received no full information as to the mattress, its specifications and origin. We have lost confidence in Tempur brand. We lost confidence in Bedshed Caringbah store We are still seeking refund of Our money yet no party us willing to act in accordance to Australian customers protection laws Therefore, under this circumstances, given our poor experience we do not recommend to people to deal with Tempur nor with Bedshed Caringbah store.
Too much sag when sleeping causing back pain. Not worth the money – Have purchased the Prima 21 mattress and there is noticeable sag when heat is applied. Whilst you can try in-store to get a feel of the bed, you'll never develop the same heat as you would when properly sleeping. surprisingly memory foam springs back to ensure there's not chance of a warranty claim. I'll attempt to see if another couple months my body gets used to it, otherwise i'm going to have to get rid of this expensive mattress. Honestly as Tempur is so hit and miss (check other reviews) and there is no trial period, I wouldn't waste your money. Stick to an online brand that can offer returns after a trial period.
Tenpur’s generic replies to customers negative experiences tell me all I need to know – I was looking at reviews to see if I wanted to buy this mattress, and what I’ve found is that Tempur have the same generic reply to each negative review, which is infuriating to read, let alone experience after paying thousands for a mattress! Based on tempur’s responses on here, I am not going to buy this brand.

Tempur Pro Air Luxe – Buyer beware…Tempur Australia do not offer a money back comfort guarantee (unlike Tempur US & UK) and until you can sleep on it for an entire night, testing in store for a short time won’t tell you anything. seriously, it should not take this long. So I have a near new mattress which I can’t sleep on without disturbed sleep and pain. Contacted Tempur directly and was pushed to the retailer (Snooze). They offered me a mattress topper to trial and if it worked, quoted $570 to buy one after I paid $7,000 for the mattress! My advice is to do your research, look for return money back comfort guarantees & don’t fund a retailers profit margins and lavish marketing campaigns (i.e. David Beckham on the latest Tempur TV advertisement would not have come cheap as their brand ambassador).

Tempur pillow – I have been using a Tempur pillow for the past 25 years after my physio recommended it and is the best, giving me pain relief and sound sleep. A five star product and worth every cent. Show reply

The best mattress for couples – This is by far the best mattress we have ever owned. I am 63 now and slept on many beds around the globe but nothing comes close till returning to our Tempur. If one of us had a restless night, the other is rarely disturbed by movement . It really is worth the investment in this brand. You get what you pay for.. quality! Show reply
So far so good – We got Tempur sensation elite (medium) king size , only been using for 2 months , we enjoy the adjustable features, specially while I breastfeeding, quite comfortable, but not sure if it worth the price, only time will tell.
Poor quality / no response service support – I knew that the “memory” mattresses requiring ongoing maintenance such as turn them around periodically thus I decided to contact Tempur’s support to get some explanation in this matter because in my current situation this requirement is quite difficult to achieve. this procedure. To our surprise, the gentleman who assembled for us beds said that we need to turn the mattress every 3 months contradicting with Tempur’s expert statement. I sent another query in this matter but after buying the product I did not get any response from Tempur support desk. In this circumstance I would like to share with you a few thoughts: 1) The mattresses are not very comfortable as were presented in the shop and requiring a few weeks to get used to 2) Furthermore, the products requiring ongoing maintenance as those from a medium shelf of products 3) Tempura’s service supports follows the classic business model to grab the money and forget about customers. 4) The company provides 10 years warranty for their products but we are very concern about an absolute lack of response even in a few months after purchase, making us questionable about their ten years warranty commitment. The product definitely is not worth the money.
