Tempur mattress - don’t purchase – Awful. Lasted 3.5 years and then sagged. Tempur offer a 10 year warranty but don’t believe it because there is no recourse if your mattress sags after a short time. We had the throw it out:(!!! as we kept waking up with pain in our shoulders and hips. Customer service is based in Denmark and they don’t budge despite showing evidence. Complete waste of money. Worst buy ever!!! – Since we bought this mattress we’ve had nothing but problems with our backs and neck. It provides no support . Don’t waste your money and don’t believe the sales people when they tell you is the best in market because it’s NOT. Show details
Not so good afterall – Had our Tempur for over 2 years. Thought this bed was fantastic at first but not so sure anymore, sort of reminds me of a water bed, you think wow how cool so you buy one but when you have to sleep on it all the time, it gets old fast. there are no edges, when you sink in the fitted sheet always pulls up over the edges. When my wife was pregnant she couldnt sleep on it, terrible support for her back and very hard for her to get out of the bed (beached whale comes to mind). Its super comfy if you lay right in the middle but when your sharing I always find myself gravitating towards the edge where there is no support. Also its heavy .
Back pain and no advice – Very uncomfortable. My wife has had terrible back pain since we bought this and we’ve had to go back to our old mattress. Both Domayne and Tempur said that there is nothing that they can do. Show details
