would get out of bed each morning with a sore back and having had very little sleep. I was beginning to think that maybe it was old age and the back pain was inevitable. However, it got so bad that, even though it cost a small fortune compared to other mattresses, I threw it away and bought a sleeping duck mattress. The difference is chalk and cheese. I now wake each morning feeling revived and no more sore back.

one even cared to send someone to check on their saggy $5000 mattress! we have been putting with sleepless nights and body aches for long now as we cant afford to get a new one now ! this review is not to get a solution from them as they are hopeless it is just an honest advise to anyone thinking to get that scam ! if you are, be ready to sleepless hot and painful nights ahead.

No pebbles in the pebble cloud mattress – I suffer from regular lower back pain and could tolerate standard inner spring mattresses for 6-7 hours before the pain became intolerable. From the moment I first slept on the Pebble Cloud mattress I slept completely at ease for as long as I wanted. Do not buy a tempur mattress - you'll get pain you've never had before – Worse mattress I've ever slept on. Forty winks said you have to wear it in. the party. Now I have to buy a new mattress after buying a 4000 grand guaranteed therapeutic mattress. Honestly I don't think we can sell it - who would want it. My advice DO NOT BUY ONE! After 2 months we have placed our old mattress on the bed. Can honestly say best nights sleep in a long time. Now because tempur won't do anything we have to sell it. They don't last, warranty won't work – I've had this mattress for five years now and it has gotten painfully soft, with both my partner and I developing ongoing back and neck issues. requirement for a foam mattress like this and could likely never occur. The issue is not slumping, it it that the foam has lost overall density. I can press my hand into the bed and almost feel the bed slats. I will note it was ok for the first 4 years or so.

Hugely dissatisfied given the misleading warranty and very high price tag.

Also worth noting my parents bought a tempur mattress recently and started having the same issues within six months of purchase -im not sure of the model but the combined experience has been enough for me to swear off the brand.

DO NOT BUY TEMPUR! – We purchased a TEMPUR mattress 4 years ago & in the past year it has sagged/dipped & has lack of support causing my husband & l many ailments. 'Hire A Hubby' rep, TEMPUR made the quick decision that our mattress wasn't faulty. But the photos don't show the sag/indent. You need to lie on it to get the true feel & lack of support. Supposedly TEMPUR offer a 10 year warranty but don't fall for it.... they will not even send one of their own staff members out to check for any issues. Please do yourself a favor & DO NOT buy any TEMPUR products. Update: We were contacted & visited by a TEMPUR representative back in early December 2023. After assessing our mattress he advised us that he would give us an extra special price on a new mattress. We had to visit Snooze again to select a mattress, which is where we were told by the manager that our current mattress has been discontinued due to the sagging/non supportive issues we have had but also that it retained too much body heat. The new mattresses TEMPUR make are now 7cm less in depth due to these issues. We received what was meant to be our special price of $4000 which was nearly what we paid for our current mattress, so definitely not a special price. Just an insult really. We were told by the Snooze store manager that they never sell a mattress at full price, it is always at least 50% off & can be up to 80%. We will continue to advise as many people as we can about our experience with TEMPUR to hopefully stop them from having a similar experience. Tempur mattress - don’t purchase – Awful. Lasted 3.5 years and then sagged. Tempur offer a 10 year warranty but don’t believe it because there is no recourse if your mattress sags after a short time. We had the throw it out:(!!! as we kept waking up with pain in our shoulders and hips. Customer service is based in Denmark and they don’t budge despite showing evidence. back. This is also happening in the same place as my husband and he is having hip problems. Tempur people are completely dismissive and disagree with how the bed makes someone like me feel. They have told us that we have to just put up with the pain for 10-12 weeks because our bodies need to get use to the better support that their mattresses have compared to my spring mattress. This is absurd. My body didn't hurt on my old mattress and my recovery from surgery was going well until I slept on this mattress. We paid $7500 on a 50% off sale for a mattress that causes so much pain to sleep on and no one cares. have tried many ways to cool the bed such as gel and cotton mattress protectors. Nothing is working. Dealing with Tempur itself is more than irritating and it seems many people have found the ten year warranty to be wanting and there are concerns expressed about the longevity of the mattress and the base. We contacted Tempur to ask if they could suggest anything we hadn't tried to cool a memory foam mattress. They were totally disinterested in answering questions about the problem of overheating. Instead it was a firm 'no' about a return (which we were not requesting), the suggestion we should have spent longer testing out the mattress in store (how long would that be?) and other negative comments unrelated to the problem. This from two representatives. It seems once you buy their very expensive product, Tempur dismisses the customer out of hand. We suggest people who have a problem with heat retention in their bed, avoid memory foam and consider brands that are cheaper and provide a free in home trial. Don't expect good after sales service from Tempur. Don't make our expensive mistake.

on a recent holiday, my caravan mattress was so much better, and as caravan mattresses are notoriously uncomfortable, this is saying a lot. I really wanted to like this mattress. It cost us a lot of money and I am so disappointed. I wish I’d researched more and not listened to the sales talk. Now we’re stuck with it until we can afford to replace it. Definitely would not recommend!

Wonderful – This is the second Tempur mattress I have bought. I had a Pebble one for over 10 years and absolutely loved it. No sagging but thought I’d update when moving home. I’ve had my new Cloud for a few months and it is beautiful. It moulds perfectly to my body and there is no sagging. It is so comfortable. took the pressure off my spine. I also used the Tempur Ombracio pillow ( 2 in 17yrs ) which together were perfect, total relaxation & comfort. We had that mattress for about 17 yrs until it became hard & started to break down. So i went to the store i bought my original one from & tried the luxe cloud they had ... felt good but i guess now it was because ours had become so bad, we bought it & got rid of the old mattress ( wish i had the serial number which nobody told us about, cause then they could tell us what type we actually had ) ... The first night i had NO sleep, in fact i was in so much pain, my back, neck, hips & ribs all felt like i was laying on rock ... So again i bought a cloud this time from Harvey & now after 6 months on it i've ended up having to see a sleep doctor, take sleeping pills every night & even ended up in the ER .... they thought i was having a heart attack but the Doctor told me after numerous test that the pressure being applied to my was pulling on the muscles attached to the back of my skull cause migraines & the chest pains were from laying in these awkward positions for lengths of time ... bizarre i know but fact. Crap mattress and crap customer service – Just want to let people know how you are tried by this manufacturer. I have spinal cord leads in my top of spine and lower back. from Tempur came to assess the mattress and I still haven't heard from either Tempur or Castle Hill store while am suffering every night from sleeping on this horrible mattress. Before purchasing this mattress I saw online that "Tempur offers 90 nights trial" but the Tempur rep later told me that it does not apply to Australia.....why?????? So don't be deceived by that information. He also told me that this mattress is their second best seller.if that is the case then why there are so many bad reviews on line about this mattress? Please research and read reviews before buying such expensive mattresses. I am also greatly upset why Snooze at Castle Hill didn't guide me and help me while I was choosing a mattress and they were clearly aware of my back issues and knew that I needed a good mattress to support me back. uncomfortable. We even bought the tempur pillows, thinking this would help, but these were also uncomfortable and added to my neck pain. I’ve been bouncing between normal pillows and tempur pillows, but at the end of the day, it’s definitely the mattresses. My husband also experiences the same pains and discomforts on his tempur mattress, and he wakes up feeling wrecked. Legal action is required here – Waking up with so much pain and this is was their solution. 1. Take the topper off. 2. Turn the mattress over. 3. It must be me. and now reading all the negative reviews is telling me that a judge would laugh his head off that this is their so called customer device. I was told that Buzz Aldrin had this so called foam in his space suite and was extremely happy with it. Wonder if the judge will ask if no gravity had anything to do with it. Now I’m going back to the store to meet the manager and tell him where I’m going with this and hopefully be loud enough to save any others in the store from buying this mattress. there are no edges, when you sink in the fitted sheet always pulls up over the edges. When my wife was pregnant she couldnt sleep on it, terrible support for her back and very hard for her to get out of the bed (beached whale comes to mind). Its super comfy if you lay right in the middle but when your sharing I always find myself gravitating towards the edge where there is no support. Also its heavy .

This Mattress is Amazing – I brought this mattress 3 months ago and we love it. It super comfortable and my husband who has 2 bulging disc’s wakes up with no back pain.
