TERRIBLE MATTRESS – My husband bought this mattress a year ago as it was half price ($5000!!!). Absolute waste of money. I cannot stress how BAD this mattress is. the first mattress I have found that lets me sink in until my spine is straight and sleep comfortably! It works well with my adjustable base.

from Tempur came to assess the mattress and I still haven't heard from either Tempur or Castle Hill store while am suffering every night from sleeping on this horrible mattress. Before purchasing this mattress I saw online that "Tempur offers 90 nights trial" but the Tempur rep later told me that it does not apply to Australia.....why?????? So don't be deceived by that information. He also told me that this mattress is their second best seller.if that is the case then why there are so many bad reviews on line about this mattress? Please research and read reviews before buying such expensive mattresses. I am also greatly upset why Snooze at Castle Hill didn't guide me and help me while I was choosing a mattress and they were clearly aware of my back issues and knew that I needed a good mattress to support me back. Worst night sleep EVER – Purchased the cloud elite soft from snooze on the recommendation of the salesman just prior to Covid, I also purchased the Zero G base. experienced. Of course zero help in terms of a solution and because of Covid and lockdowns could not do anything about it with store closed. Agree that Tempur should either replace for the firm or return. Not happy and considering taking to Consumer law for refund.

This Mattress is Amazing – I brought this mattress 3 months ago and we love it. It super comfortable and my husband who has 2 bulging disc’s wakes up with no back pain. I love how it moulds to your body. Our previous mattress was a spring mattress with a pillow top & both my husband and I woke up with hip/back pain. Comfortable Tempur Mattress – I had enough of the metal spring type mattresses. I was worried that the mattress would smell once unpacked but that didn’t happen.

I was worried that I would have to get used to it, that didn’t happen.

I was able to sleep really well from the first day and recommend Tempur Mattresses and pillows to many people.

Perhaps Tempur has changed the way they make their products—re: all the bad reviews that I’m reading!

I also bought a Queen Tempur Contoured Pillow half price!

I used to have neck and upper should pain (nothing too serious). So, I used to get lots of massages to help deal with the condition that began when I was at University.

After about 10 days using the Tempur Mattress and Pillow, the neck and shoulder pain went away! The pillow did take some getting used to and sometimes I alternate pillows!

I don’t experience the over-heating problems others have reported! In fact, I like the fact that the bed is warm in Winter.

I also found that the Mattress is cool in Summer!

Some advice to those unhappy customers. Buy quality Manchester!

Buy Bamboo Manchester for Summer and a thin Alpaca Woollen Dooner for summer.

In the Winter, change your Manchester to quality cotton or sateen. Also use a thicker Winter Dooner.

Experiment with the Manchester and the layers if your feeling too hot or cold. For example, during the Summer I only use a thin Bamboo blanket to sleep in.

In the Winter I use a Dooner and sometimes add a Woollen Blanket to top.

Agreed, Tempur products are too expensive and the average person can only afford them during a 50% off Sale!

I empathise with those that are having bad experiences with their Tempur Mattress! I wouldn’t be happy if I had to pay thousands for a mattress that didn’t perform to my expectations.

Too hot – Just brought it a week ago and its winter now and we both find the mattress very hot . I did question the sales person before purchasing and it wasn't a issue with the new cooling system it had. For the price i thought it would have been a lot better.
