I have just eaten the most delicious meal from TLC, it was Chicken and Leek-pie, with mash and carrots and green beans, I can’t add a photo, as I ate every bit, and it will be on every future order from me, try it, you will really enjoy it too. Well done TLC. Show details

Lovely meals but not happy to find most are halal. As an animal lover I don’t think halal is a humane way of killing animals. I also don’t want Muslim prayers said over the meat I eat. Very disappointed.

My elderly Mum has been getting meals from TLC for about 8 years. Unfortunately, the quality has declined significantly in the last few months. This seems to coincide with the new supplier. For some 2 years we purchased TLC meals and really enjoyed them. This is when they were made at Fivedock NSW. rissoles (2) collapsed into a pile of mince, when trying to lift them out with tongs. the veggies were mushy and a shadow of the old version. We also note that the new labels have an extra requirement, that meals to be heated until they reach 65 degrees. We feel this is unrealistic and do wonder why it was added. As some of the new meals, whilst suffering in comparision with the old are ok, we will selectively continue with TLC whilst researching options. Our 2 star review is for the current menu. The previous menu would have been 5 stars. It's very sad.

Meals used to be ok, but now with new menu they are much smaller, and the price went up. ive cancelled my orders. much cheaper and better in supermarkets. Show details

Once a great food service, for the elderly or those with disabilities, since changing of supplier May 2026 the standards have deteriorated considerably. The presentation and taste is uninviting. The one star is for the polite staff. Think twice before going this path.

taste bland mostly carrots and bit of broccoli the supposed to br portions of fish or lasagna can hardly see and taste too small to.reslise they are there or to taste, delivery container carton... frankly speaking very disappointed for the price they ask. I am on my 3rd delivery of TLC meals through my package provider HCA. The 1st delivery was fine. The meals were good. But delivery 2 and 3 have not been very good. pie for 6 minutes. The pie is still frozen in the middle and as are the 2 balls of mashed potato. I heated for another minute. Now the vegies are mush. I did not have this problem with the first order. What's going on?

The Lamb Casserole contains too much potato. Six lrge pieces as well as bits in the meat.

Healthy home cooked meals. Approved for CHSP and love TLC meals. Lots of variety in the menu and meals I won't get sick of eating. Customer service is excellent and always pleasant. The delivery person always bring my order to my door on the second floor with a smile. Others just leave it downstairs. I'm forever grateful that I can now eat healthy meals everyday. NDIS ordering – Meals 100% Cost 100% Delivery 100% NDIS ordering 50% Love TLC but I would like an app to place my orders

Rude reception – The person taking my order was rude and abrupt. I decided to persist to try the meals. Delivery was 2 hrs late and the driver didn’t even find time to knock on the door. The first two meals we have tasted were good. Not sure if I can be bothered to try again .. don’t think I’ve ever encountered such a rude female who took my order

Good food - Select Low Salt, heart healthy and good portion size – I have tried this for several months and I am really impressed. It is not my only food source but it is a great option to get a good meal in quick and easy way. I have been worried about the take away food options with high salt and my tendency to over eat with very generous portion sizes. These portion sizes have made me lose weight easily, this was not my intention but it is a great outcome. Show details

Best so far – Shame to read someone had a bad experience as I've found TLC meals the best of the bunch. Not too exotic and very straightforward selection. Well packaged & frozen without being freeze frozen so they can be heated easily in a stove. Well priced compared to the others which are certainly no better but pricier. Delivery is good also as you can track when they will be delivered.

Inedible – Received our TLC Meals today and we were very excited until we tried them. My husband had the pea and ham soup for lunch and I had the potato and leek soup. They were both terrible and I have had severe cramps in my stomach since then. My husband tried the rissoles for dinner tonight but had to throw it away. We're stuck with 14 meals and soup at a price of over $200.00. Should have stuck with Lite and Easy, even these are better.

great meals plenty to choose from – we find the tlc meals much better than other company meals we have tried, with a much larger range. very conveniant and reasonable price. Show details

Unpleasant and expensive – The meals are unpleasant and have an institutional taste and appearance. Compared to meals from other providers the meals seem to lack any sort of care in their preparation. I selected meals that sounded good but I found all of them to be fairly unpalatable and some were quite inedible. I found them to be a disappointing waste of money.
