Terry Moulds Smash Repairs - First Class Service – After an incident while putting my car in the carport I contacted my insurance company. They instructed me to select my own panel beater. After doing some research I chose Terry Moulds Smash Repair, Grafton, NSW. I spoke to Haden, (the owner) and we quickly struck an accord. I was most impressed with his openness and frankness. He organised a tow truck to collect my car on the agreed day. While the car was being fixed, Haden kept me up to date with progress, advising me of some unforeseen delays, due to product supply issues (supply COVID29 issues).

I collected the car at the agreed time and I was immediately impressed with the standard of workmanship. While I am not a tradesman panel beater, I know good workmanship when I see it! The tradesmen at Terry Moulds are ‘old school’, taking great pride in their standard of workmanship thus producing first class work – I very much doubt you’d find any better in Australia!

Haden took the time to discuss any issues and address all of my questions in full. During these discussions I was also impressed by how he cares for his staff.
