Too firm but great service – We found the mattress far too firm despite our best attempts to soften it up. But the service and communucation with Tetra was above and beyond. The delivery was very quick and when I said it was too firm they offered a refund as long as we paid return shipping which was very fair and I received a notification by email and SMS only a few days after sending it back to say they had issued a refund.

Natural, Australian and breathable. The kids loved it! – OUr kids have slept on tetra mattresses so they are used to the tea tree flakes and the white noise they make. We love them because they are chemical free. Can't stand the idea of kids sleeping on plastic filling.

Not at all what I was expecting – I was so disappointed when my toddler pillow arrived. It's way too high for him...suits me for height!! It is very noisy like a bean bag. It doesn't mould to head shape or weight. I find him half way down the bed to avoid it. This is not for a toddler and I just wasted my money!

Good in theory but noisy and hard – I bought the toddler pillow for my sweaty head daughter with the hope that the natural fibres would help reduce her sweats. I bought it off the Internet so couldn't feel the pillow before the purchase. When it arrived I was disappointed as I found the pillow 'noisy' when it moved - kind of like the noise a bean bag makes. I also thought it was quite high for a toddler pillow and it does not flatten down like a normal pillow. For that $$ I was not happy with it and returned it before my daughter used it so I am not sure how it would have gone reducing her sweats. Natural product 'Noisy', too high for a toddler
