started without any problems. I'm still learning new functions, but the system works. I also connected the 360 camera system and it works without any problems. What you can clearly hear is better audio quality, even with the original "paper" speakers. What didn't work was loading additional car models. So I'm using the general SUV model. They are apparently working on it.

Don't waste your money – Waste of money. Support is rude and slow with my previous questions, now the microphone doesn't work. Not worth the pain to talk to them, looking at the other bad reviews I won't get my money back so teyes can get a another bad review. Poor post sale support-faulty harness supplied and unreasoanble response – Bought cc3 2k from teyes australia website . Ordered,received in reasonable time.7 days have passed since I've been trying to connect - supplied connector cable harness wont connect fully to car original and seems pins are crooked(not aligned ) . whatsapp and also email to support & sales -no response on email . whatsapp support (after exchanging pics) did say that the pins looked crooked on the supplied harness which came with the teyes package. However they insist on bend/fix/align the pins myself and try to push it somehow and make it work.
That's fine for a professional butI dont want to risk breaking of the connector pins as it clealry doesnt fit. They can simpy send a replacement cable harness but won't even reply to that request.
So, post purchase support/tech support is very awkward or not helpful.
Update: Working with tech support on this and hoepul to resolve. Updating to 3 star as I am getting good responses now.

Complete Garbage – Expensive, Doesn’t Work, No Support whatsoever. I spent nearly $700 for this garbage and it’s never ever worked as it should. 1). my phone’s speakerphone if my caller is going to hear me.
So I basically spent nearly $1000 on a glorified FM radio. That’s the only thing that works.
The only time I contacted support they sent me a one-liner saying I wired it incorrectly. That was it, no assistance. But the cables had plug and play plugs and I used professional installation. I should have known because even getting sales to help prior to purchase was a nightmare.
Only have my self to blame for this waste of money, and even worse, my time. I’m convinced the majority of glowing reviews you see online are questionable. Visit the various forums to see how much frustration is shared about this brand.

head unit. - The display is amazingly clear and visible in all conditions. I actually had to reduce the brightness to minimum and choose a theme with dark colours when the headlights are on. - The reverse camera (Sony 1080p) is brilliant and engages immediately when reverse is selected. - The head unit activates quickly on starting the car and doesn't seem to draw much from the battery when in sleep mode. - Installation support was quite good with relatively quick email responses.
The not so good: - Occasionally the touch screen just doesn't respond. Just keep trying and eventually it responds. - The included AM/FM radio app is quite pretty but not very good to use. - FM reception is very poor but to be fair, I had to use an adapter because Subaru have a weird antenna connection. - I opted for the Bluetooth OBD connector however weird things starting happening with my car (Subaru Outback) when it is connected. When connected, it was sometimes be difficult to start the car and while driving, warning lights on the instrument cluster would randomly come on and off (repeatedly). Removing it has resolved those issues. - My DAB+ USB adapter stopped working and after speaking with tech support, was told it was not covered under warranty as it was 6 months old. Disappointing. - I use wireless Android Auto and the resolution makes the buttons tiny and difficult to use. I really wish it scaled better because its frustrating. Not sure about Carplay as I don't have an apple phone.
There's a lot to like about this unit but am I happy with it? Mostly, it's far from a cohesive experience but ultimately a big improvement over the OEM unit.
Truly Incredible. CC3 10inch in 2020 Prado – Firstly the value for money is beyond amazing if you consider brand name headunits out there with even half the features cost at least twice as much. user interface. The sound quality, in my case using optic output to a JL Vxi amp, is far better than I expected in this price range and just as good as top end hifi. This kit really transformed the car to really impressive, from the stone aged Toyota tech that it had prior. Furthermore their tech support is first class, for both technical queries to warranty support. I will not hesitate buying another headunit for my next car too.
Buyer Beware - Not Recommended – There is a great deal more that has been a poor client experience but this is the largest topic at about 30% of my total grievance. I was sent a unit over two months ago that had a wiring harness that was falling apart. their response was to have me re-wire the harness myself with no schematic or viable instructions. took 45 days for them to agree to send me a harness. AND TWO WEEKS LATER, they still HAVE NOT SENT a working harness. [Name Removed] the manager of something (wont give a title) argued with me a week before saying they would take care of me, only for two weeks later to have some story about how someone with my order number reached out and got the problem resolved so they could cancel the warranty order. Very unlikely as I didn't do that and no support is going to fix a harness with double digits of failure points.
I've offered to buy a replacement, There have been over 50 emails. 6+ Website tickets. Customer service and sales has ignored me. All I want is a working unit but now this has effected my business and taken too much time with too much aggravation. They offered to send screen protectors with the warranty replacement that never shipped but now more time has been wasted trying to fix this. I need help. Will anyone at T'eyes follow through and allow me a working unit? Help!!
I'd want a full refund but I'm not going to send the product back in hopes that they will follow through and actually credit me upon receipt. Please refund me and I'll send ALL $1300+ AUD of product back or please send me a new harness (probably cost of 50 AUD). Absolutely love it – From UK, ordered CC3 from T'eyes Australia so I would have English speaking backup support and so glad I did. Ordered the 6gb Ram, 128 gb hard drive version. arrived it only tool an hour or so to fit and be up and running. I enjoy that I can have all my favorite apps on one device and be able just to put my phone away when in the car and use the Teyes system. The screen is crystal sharp the sound is brilliant and so quick. Shame the CC3 system not available for my make and modal but the CC2 Plus is NOT a let down. The Teyes support team have been first class with one small issue that they resolved very kindly and have been there to show that customers come first. confident of getting the SWC and factory USB controls to work again one day. The headunit provides excellent sound and vision quality. Connection to the internet is possible via SIM or hotspotting from your phone. If you are in the market for an android head unit this is one of the better units however be especially cautious about whether it is plug and play. Mine certainly wasn't.

certainly not one of your standard Chinese Android offerings. Loads of thought has gone into the design of the software on the head unit, it has quality hardware components and installing it was a doddle too as the head unit came with the correct looms, CANbus decoder and dash facia for the Jeep Grand Cherokee that I installed it into. the product was lacking with wrong info supplied as to device capabilities. Alixpress purchase provides for all items to be included and guaranteed 14 day free return. On the surface seems cheaper to purchase from Teyes Australia but not all items are supplied so actually more expensive and slower shipping.
