Very very dishonest seller. Refused a genuine return which is not in accordance with Australian consumer best practice. Then accused us of being fraudulent. No goodwill, no manners and no care. Buyer beware. NOT RECOMMENDED.

 Follow-up  · Item was two Hikoki lithium ion batteries (see original invoice). Paid with PayPal. Guaranteed money in the bank. Then accused us of committing fraud. Reported to both Ebay & Paypal .. refused, spurious grounds provided.
