Professional, respectful and Quality – We had an AC put in last year, and have gone back to John this year for a second. I cannot fault anything. His crew are amazing. They all know their role and get on. Impressive to witness. They are respectful of your privacy and just the most professional group of individuals. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Installation – Two years old air con fitted by daiken. Today is 3rd attempt to fit the outside unit it is on a flat piece of concrete . The unit was damaged when it arrived here. Three attempts to mount it properly failed

Happy with the service – Very happy with the product, workmanship & price. Called him out a few days ago for assitance with some of the settings. Came out on a Saturday and reset the thermostat free of charge. It also the first time I met him as my wife had made all the previous enquiries. Very helpful. Happily recommend.

Honest operator – John is an honest operator. Gave me good advice based on my two storey house layout to save me some money over a conventional ducted A/C setup. With choices of brands based on budget. He worked well to sit my builder's schedule and my schedule after handover, despite my many changes. Very happy with the advice, service and install quality.

Very professional & highly reliable – I used John from The Aircon Dute & he did a wonderful job in supplying & installing my 2 split aircons. The installation is very neat. He left the rooms neat & clean as they were before & made sure there was no trace of and drilling work done in the rooms. I would highly recommend him for the excellent work he had done.
