Don't bother shopping with the animal pharmacy – How friggin useless can you lot get. Anyone can ring until the cows come home, they just won't bother answering the phone.. they will leave you on hold for over half an hour and then simply hang up without answering. you can also ring them to make an order for a prescription and get the same ignorant treatment. Clearly they don't want your business... so go to the petcircle online pharmacy everyone.

Fab customer service and good prices – My cats eat a fancy, specific cat food. The Animal Pharmacy carries at the best price and when they say they have it in stock, they actually do. I don't wait for weeks for them to backfill an order. I know this because I mostly go there and collect it myself so I can't be fobbed off if it isn't there. I'm lucky that I live locally, but they have delivered as well, no problem.

2nd order with company – Very happy again, packaged nice, fast delivery. Script medication for my dog. Victoria, may 2023.

Did not honour their word – They sent us the wrong product in early December. They asked us to return it, they would send the correct one and refund the postal cost. They did send the right product but, now, almost two months later, they do not reply to our emails regarding the refund.

Excellent customer service for prescriptions – I had almost run out of Caninsulin and was contacted by phone to discuss whether I needed my order before Christmas with potential shipping issues. Thanks to urgent dispensing and overnight interstate delivery, my Caninsulin arrived still cold in its cool box with ice packs the next day. Couldn’t be happier nor more relieved.

I would give no stars if I could – My entire order, including one essential medication, was held up for days because they did not have another item in stock. However, the pharmacist made up an unacceptable excuse (ie. questioning a valid script that was going to expire in 7.5 weeks) for the delayed processing. stock to arrive the pharmacy, upon my multiple attempts to chase the shipment. Despite my constant effort over several days to liaise with the pharmacy staff, my agreement to split my order & to pay for express freight, they continued to put the shipment on hold. I ended up driving > 80 km return to pick up my order. Apparently, their company policy mandates holding up the rest of the order if one item cannot be processed. My order was then automatically allocated to the bottom of the queue because the staff were too busy to follow up any overdue orders. I was also told unapologetically that a number of their customers were experiencing the same supply issues & therefore, I should not complain.

Excellent friendly customer service and more realistic prices – Animal Pharmacy provided a friendly, fast and compatible cost service. My first purchase arrived the next day. My second purchase got lost in the Christmas mail, but Animal Pharmacy replaced it quickly and at no extra cost. Can’t ask for more than that! I have recently been getting prescription medication for my dog from Animal Pharmacy at a much more realistic price than charges at the vet’s for the same medication.

Exceptional Service! – I was fairly hesitant to buy prescription medication online, but after my local vet always being out of stock and not very helpful with the situation I decided to try it. Ordereding was simple & easy, accepts PayPal for peace of mind, once my order was placed I received the package about 24 hours later without any fuss! there had been a problem in some cases then set about helping me place my order which took less than five minutes. I received my order the next day. Not only at an excellent price but exceptional service as well.

Love these guys, next day delivery – My poor aging dog suffering from kidney disease so needs to take Vetace Tablets, I got a prescription from local vet who charges $80 for tablets and script, the medicine is only $36 from online and then obviously $8 for shipping. $120 just in scripts. Next day delivery and very quick with emails. You will need to upload a copy of your script and then send the original in a pre paid envelope where tehy keep on file for the remaining scripts. I cannot be happier and I save quite a lot of money.

Best service – I ordered Vetmedin and Frusemide and paid Friday, got notification of despatch same day and picked up at PO Monday. All this for a fraction of the vet's price. V good!

Fast Delivery. Good prices – Happened across this online and shopfront (Ryde, Sydney, NSW) store when researching to resolve my dog’s ear infection. Happy I did. (Don’t worry the Vet checked her ears too!). It used to be known as Petcutics. All sorts of over the counter and prescription required products for animals. Very fast delivery. Highly recommended.
