⭐ 1 Star – Ruined My Bathroom Tiles! Absolutely terrible product and extremely disappointing! The Australian Eucalyptus Oil Company Clove & Eucalyptus Mould Spray has completely ruined my bathroom tiles, leaving horrible stains that simply won’t come off, no matter what I’ve tried. I purchased this product expecting it to clean my bathroom, not permanently damage my tiles. The stains are impossible to remove, and I’m now left with damaged tiles because of a cleaning product.
Extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would never purchase this product again and strongly advise others to be very careful before using it.
I have purchased the Mould Spray from this company as I want to make my home chemical free. This company was recommended to me by my daughters-in-law. I have also purchased the Eucalyptus Washing Powder which I love. I would recommend this to my friends and anyone who wants to go chemical free.

Very slow shipping using Aramex who are probably the worse courier available. Yet happily charging $12.50 for this terrible service. Yes the products smell great BUT my order is currently being prepared for shipping for a week, just sitting in their warehouse waiting for the useless Aramex to collect. And good luck calling Aramex when it does ship. If you have a great product, stop punishing customers with a shipping process more painful then pulling teeth. Use Australia Post!!!

Great smell, but that's all – This product has an amazing smell. I'm not sure if this company has already explored doing air fresheners, or closet deodorizers etc, that would be amazing. Actual effectiveness on mould was average. Not great, not terrible. However, despite instructions advising to spray and leave on for up to 72 hours, after less than 24 hours the runoff (it is quite watery) had stained the bottom of my shower a faint yellow colour.
(Contacted the company & they advised any sort of shower cleaner should remove the stain, however that was not the case, not even their own shower cleaner would. Upon advising them of that, no further assistance from them)
