Paid for Item, It was never sent – Paid for a Basinet, website says postage within 24-48 hours. 3 weeks later, no Bassinet, tried emailing, calling and messaging on facecbook. all communication has gone unanswered. Left a facebook review only to find I'm not the only who this has happened to, do not order anything with this company!!!!!

Thank you Baby Palace for our cot! – I am so glad I stumbled upon the Baby Palace online. We were looking for a quality modern or scandinavian looking cot but didn't want to pay top dollar. The Baby Palace had a really nice selection and we chose the Sapphire. The customer service was great and we took advantage of the free delivery for Brisbane. The cot was easy to assemble and looks great! We wouldn't hesitate to buy from Baby Palace again.

Great Service and good quality and price – I purchased the Oval Cot from Baby Palace at the beginning of the year. The cot quality was great and for the price (purchased on sale) it was an absolute steal. I also appreciated Graham delivering the cot himself as we did have a few delays but nothing major as I had purchased the cot well ahead of baby's arrival. Communication and customer service was fantastic.

Wonderful to deal with – We can’t wait til the baby is home to use the cot - so many functions in one which means we don’t have to buy so many different items... economical and environmentally better!

Great quality round baby cot that is actually AFFORDABLE!!! – We originally purchased from The Baby Palace in Brisbane as we have been desperate for the round style cot and bassinet. anywhere about the company or the Opal cot itself. :( I sent an email and the owner Graham answered almost immediately (even thought it was a Sunday night) and assured me of the the company and the product itself. So i had my sister meet Graham at the showroom in Brisbane and she was completely wrapped with the quality and look of the cot.

I received it last week and after setting it up over the weekend i am ABSOLUTELY THRILLED with how it looks and feels. It actually feels and looks stronger and more robust than the ones at the baby stores and the best bit is that it is HALF THE PRICE of the other ones we looked at. :)

We are so happy with our purchase and just wanted to share this with other people so they know not to worry about this company and products. It is just great to be able to help an Australian family business get on their feet as they helped me so much with actually having something beautiful that i can afford. :)
